I agree. I don’t like all the different flooring. Very small backyard area. Hope they have a good back neighbor to ensure they regularly trim those privacy hedges they have so they don’t intrude on this person’s landscaping.

Nice home; but, overpriced by 50 - 75k for a 2 bedroom home with a study.
100% agree. I have 3 and half acres. 3200 square foot house. 11 rooms. Also 3 bedrooms, 3 baths. Surrounded on ,three sides with woods.
