My best friend passed away yesterday. His name was Billy. He partied at Dave's house. (Im dave.) Before he passed we both loved this song and band. I listened to it just now and broke down crying for about 20 minutes. Its the perfect song for his passing in basically every lyric. It helped me process this loss a little bit. Thank you.

I know everyone has some emotional story about billy being one of their friends that committed suicide. For me “billy” refers to myself going through depression, having suicidal thoughts/ actions and keeping everything to myself. This song helped me through some of the worse times of my life, I’m glad to be here, thank you Highly Suspect

From the first time I ever heard this song it always made me think of my brother even before he passed. When he did pass away almost a year ago I spent most of the night listening to this song on repeat while driving to the funeral. This is one of the few songs that reminds me of him and makes me smile. Thanks

My papaw passed away on Valentine’s Day. His name was “Bill”, short for William. He was born 9/27/1948. Evidentaly he had some women finally; first time in awhile. Grosses me out, and i don’t want to think much about it. He didn’t look unhappy in his casket. I miss him so much already. He was not the easiest to “care” for. But loved him and I miss him. He was so lonesome. He was so damn hardworking has a welding retirement since the 80’s then had a small engine repair shop from 1985 until Friday. He lost his life”s love in 2016. He had 2 daughters. They worn in 1968 and 1969. We lost my mom due to Covid in September 2021. Around his 73rd birthday. He was already at the lowest point ever, then one of his two children It really lmhurt a lot. For all of No we aren’t. I think it sealed his fate. We bury him in the morning. In his heavy ass motorcycle jacket. He was so strong and tough. He had at least two careers and broke his back every single day
I lost my mom almost 3 months ago. Theres a void in my heart that wont go away. I cant wait to see her on the other side so I can get by again. This song is beautiful in every way but I cant help but bawl my eyes out to it everytime even before I lost my mom :(

I can still remember the day. I had my UA-cam music on random and I heard this song. I lost my little brother a few years back and it reminded me of him to a tee. So I walk over to see who's song it way and about fell down when I seen the name. That was also my brother's name, my mind was blown! I started listening to them that day forward and have become a big fan. My oldest son got me some tickets to see them in Memphis and by far the best concert I have ever seen! Thank you guys for the great music!!!
