    Love this. I am an avid canner and this was great. If the deep freeze goes haywire wire I like that it’s ready when we need it. Thank you and I’ll be watching. My garden is going crazy so got to get some beans done today. ❤️

    Hi … questions ….. what does SHTF mean or stand for? ….. Where are you located? ….. How long and what temp for south Texas? Thanks!

      Sh.. Hits The Fan. I am in NE Alabama. For pint jars you keep under the set pressure for 75 minutes if you are using quart jars you keep it under pressure for 90 minutes. It is not based on temp it is based on pressure. I would need to know what city you are located in to check the elevation to see what pressure you would need to keep your canner at.

      @@ValerieSue you are at 205’ elevation which means you would can everything at 11 psi on a pressure gauge or use a 10 psi weight on a weighted version (that’s one of those that has the weight that jiggles)
