For those criticizing on how slow this video is, I say speed it up yourself or don’t watch it. It’s perfect the way it is. It was very relaxing and enjoyable to watch. Love the peaceful and meditative quality while learning to create a delicious recipe. Slow down people and just relax for a change. Bon appétit.

@@AppetitlichRezepte the first one I call it, honey, sesame baked chicken, the chicken soaked in water and baking soda, tenderizes the meet. I usually broil the chicken first to get a nice color and seal in the juices. then bake it. I think I am going to try to first one, I hope the potatoes do not come out too greasy,

Being an Asian i want to know how to use western herbs and therefore i find this recipe interesting. When one wants to get the recipe fast they will find this video slow, however I do feel this clip is artistically arranged with background music and can be therapeutic and soothing to watch for some. I remember watching some Japanese/Korean video on housekeeping who also prolonged the video time with music, which i enjoyed watching. Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe.

Oh heavens NO! You CANNOT substitute baking soda for baking powder!!! They are VERY DIFFERENT THINGS! I really don’t know which he means! Baking soda has a very picante flavor… like Alka Seltzer! It is a wonderful antacid and also helps non yeast breads rise!

Only a couple seconds in and I like this video. I felt the love and care for food from the start. There are plenty of other chefs who speed up their cooking or talk more than necessary. This is perfect and relaxing. Actually make me want to cook.❤ Love from Michigan!

The last recipe in the video with the chicken breast, what can I substitute for the tomato sauce. I'm allergic to tomatoes. Any suggestion. Thank you! ❤❤❤❤❤❤

You can substitute eggplant, red peppers, onions, peaches, carrots, butternut squash or even apples, to name a few.
Note: eggplant is a nightshade. Eat it with caution if you're avoiding tomatoes because of a nightshade allergy.

He Smoothed the chicken you do not want to overcook since it’s cooking in the gravy this is what makes it juicy tender & not dry!

Your food looks lovely ❤️. However, the music made me feel sad, and I shed a few tears 😢 I think it’s because I'm sad inside due to losing my mum, so it resonated with me differently.
