Sir I think second harmonic in closed pipe should be L=3/4 lambda
Since there's one full loop which is half of lambda and another half loop at the open end of the pipe, which correspond to 1/4 of lambda. Adding the 2 fractions 1/2 and 1/4 =3/4 of lambda

And also the third harmonic that's the second overtones should be
L= 5/4 lambda

Because, sound travel faster in hotter air that in cold air
