I love the sound effects you make when you drop something taking it out of the freezer or putting it back. Cracks me up! I've been thinking about getting a freezer for the van. I can also keep frozen water bottles in there and transfer them to my canvas or whatever you call it, cooler. I've done it before and the canvas cooler keeps milk and cheese (anything!) very cool for a while, but eventually the water bottles get warmer. On short trips it's fine. Now if I have the Bouge, I can switch them out. Thanks for the review. The price seems reasonable!

Since you do the I-5 corridor a lot, I have a bizarre question that you may know how to find out.
On the Oregon stretch of I-5 at the Dever-Conner Exit 239 (just south of the Santiam River Rest Area), there’s a rundown, abandoned convenience store. My parents, sisters, and I had done the Portland to Sacramento drive from 1993 to 2018, and I seem to remember when the store was open, but I think it shut down by the late 90s.
I’d pass by it during the early 2000s on weekend trips home during college (back when the Millersburg Paper Mill was still in operation).
I’m wondering if you or any colleagues might shed some light on this old convenience store, and some of the other landmarks along the Portland to Eugene stretch of I-5.
