I'm really digging this EDC! people exaggerate with minimalism or tech, but your setup is really awesome. I loved the sling, charger and the cutlery. I wish you could share the content of your medical kit though, I just carry some Tylenol and band aids. Awesome video!
Glad you feel that way! I try to find a balance with practicality without it being too much. The mini first aid kit just has a few band aids, foldable scissors, a small pack of antiseptic ointment, 1 pepto bizmol tablet, and 1 advil tablet.

Cz Tumbuk2 site says 3.5L. The sling is 7L but crossbody says 3.5L
Great review. I’m thinking this might be a good sling when I am out and about with my camera. I have a Canon EOS M camera (M6 MKII) (lenses are smaller diameter than the more popular EF/EF-S lenses) and I’ll typically have the camera in my hand or on a neck strap. It’s looks like I could carry a a spare lens or two, each in a tight fitting neoprene case, in the main compartment - see any issue with that?
Yes you can definitely fit that camera and a spare lens or two in your bag especially if you carry your camera on you most of the time (I do the same). That neoprene case that you mentioned will definitely be needed especially since the build of the Vapor Crossbody isn't bolstered enough to be a proper camera bag. Your mileage may vary depending on the size of the lens you have - even for smaller mounts, zoom lenses in particular can still get pretty big, but assuming that you have your camera with a lens in the bag, it should be able to fit just one more spare lens. I'm very confident in that.

Glad you like it! The shop where I got my bag done is called "Model Shoe Renew" in Berkeley, but any local shoe and bag repair stores will work.

Yes! So there's a lot of bags that have compression straps already. When I went to bag repair store I just showed them a picture and asked if they could replicate it on my bag. They got some old backpack straps and sewed it on. They made it look pretty easy👍

@@sk-rb1up Thanks! They sewed it on directly without opening the seams. Might have been a better technique to do so, but my guess this that it would have cost more money. If anything, sewing right at the seams would be equally as good without opening anything up.
Thanks for the review I’m considering buying it myself! However I’m skeptical if it’ll manage to fit my Canon SX510 HS. Do you think it could fit in the bag comfortably??
In general the bag isn’t necessarily meant for larger full frame cameras since they’re more expensive and the bag doesn’t have padding. That being said I’d be more than happy to recommend for cameras like point and shoots or action cameras. Looking at that Canon camera you referenced I’m sure it can fit comfortably while still having room for a few more items. It looks smaller than my fx3 so it’ll be fine.
What was the issue with the original strap layout that you didn’t like? I really like this sling…narrowing down between this one and Alpaka Metro sling.
The original strap layout was perfectly fine. I just wanted more options to hook things and that's why I added the customized straps on the sides and bottom.
curious if you purchased the straps and buckles before going to the bag repair store or did they provide them at the shop ? I would like to do something like this as well.

the magnetic pocket could fit a 14. It can actually fit a plus sized phone without a case. As for the 9mm I'm honestly not sure, but your best bet is having something no more than 9 inches in length @@jcap8391 👍

Thanks! As long as it's under 9 or 10 inches (depending on thickness) it should fit. I have a Switch and it definitely fits. Even with a thin case it can probably fit still. Not sure about a steam deck bc I don't have one.

Ah, it's such a shame it doesn't have those straps sawn as standard, or a grab handle... I was looking at the Aer Day Sling 3 Max but that will require modifications too to add the bottom straps. Where did you find the straps that you modified this with?
Thanks for watching! Yeah I feel like there's a lot of good options but nothing that's quite perfect. Aer Day Sling 3 Max is still a solid choice tho.
I went to a local bag and shoe repair store and they provided the straps and servicing of my bag.

For the straps it cost me like an extra $40. It's a pretty big bump up considering the bag itself is like $80
I actually just checked their website and their out of stock. The only one I found was the blue color on Amazon. I'd look into it quick if you still want to get it.

Not waterproof unfortunately. The nylon has some water resistance but I wouldn't trust it in a heavy rainstorm or anything like that

You mean pulling? I haven’t experienced any pulling

in europe you cant walk around with a single strap sling. they will cut that shit off you in less than a hour outside. has to be more thin and hidden under clothes. so this one is a big no no for where i live.
