I recorded a band where the lead guitarist used a MoogerFooger in one of their songs. It was in the middle of the song. When we tracked the drums and bass, we had to leave some dead air between the end of the 2nd chorus and the solo. After tracking all the other instruments, we did the part with the MoogerFooger. Dude twisted some knobs, and the rate slowed way down, only to speed up very rapidly and fade out just as the snare hit to kick off the solo section. We got it in 1 take, too. That was a rad session.
I’ve always been a huge fan of fuzz since I have a Big Muff Pi and Ram’s Head and those have both been my go-to pedals for that tone but that Warm Bender is fucking monstrous, dude. Immediately gives off that Dazed & Confused/Heart Full of Soul sound and I love it
So i have a Ring Thing (electro harmonix digital ring modulator with tons of features). would there be anything this Moog Style can do that the ring thing cant? I know that might be a broad question, but is analog ring mod really a noticable difference?
I have seen in several places from the electronics experts out there that no one has seen these particular "NOS" transistors ever before. Like the brand or the housing. It's a bit suspect.
Lot of low end on the WB, and it's going to like single coils and more open amps. Like all of the Warm pedals, it's a decent approximation at a decent price.I think there are many better takes of both out there in varying forms at similar price points.Most Ring Mods , similarly to the Fender Blender, are better studio than stage tools.Much more useful with a Expression pedal hooked up.

These 'awesome pedals' sound nothing at all like the originals, nothing. As do not any of their knock offs. What they rip off, it is that, some of which are still being made by the original companies. It's the hardware of the plugin world. If it looks like it it must be it. Oh, but it's cheaper. And there it is. I often wonder with you people; would you endorse anything for money. I know the answer.

Nitpick: “silicone” is for boob and bubble butt implants, “silicon” is for semiconductors in electronic circuits.
That being said: Does that mean the, Ringer Bringer, uses "silly-con" for it's conductors? Just saying. 🥸

Still have my Moogerfooger Ring Mod. The RingerBringer sounds like exactly like the original. I'm impressed.

The Bender does VI, VII and a V4 best known when referred to as the Colorsound Jumbo Tone Bender.

The ringer bringer has a place on the board but I’ll stick with the amazing Moon fuzz pedal and the muffuletta

I'm glad Warm got ahead of Behringer with respect to the RingerBringer. I'm definitely gonna order one.
