I so appreciate your new channel! Please always keep "normal" life a part of your videos. I love the kids interrupting, baby crying and reminding children of chores before they slip out the door cuz they see mama's busy. This is what youtube used to feel like to this older mama. Women sharing their lives, obviously not all of it or the really UGLY but kitchens that are cooked in and houses lived in, creating a community. Now everything is so curated. Not my speed! Keep up the good work!

Sometimes I pre bake the focaccia but not often

I have made this a few times as focaccia but when i tried to use for pizza dough it was too wet and hard to work with, do you do anything differently when you are going to use it for pizza dough?
I usually try to pre-bake it.
The lining you put down in your baking pan, what was that called? Where did you get it?
