I think a better designation would be a “ power lifter “ vs a “ bodybuilder “. But bodybuilders, in pursuit of their competitive physique subject themselves to all manner of performance enhancements stimuli. Powerlifters as well, don’t get me wrong. Otherwise bodybuilders wouldn’t be capable of competing at a high level. There’s nothing wrong with being a regular person and training in a manner that is both for hypertrophy and personal records in terms of lifting capacities. You can have the best of both worlds.

@@YounginBallin running is not his goal. In fact it wold be COUNTERPRODUCTIVE to his goal.
Just like winning a bodybuilding contest is not your goal, so he would beat you in that area. You do understand how the goal we choose also forces us to make sacrifices in other areas, right?
It's just interesting to me how bodybuilders never put down weightlifters for their chosen sport, yet weightlifters can't seem to pass up an opportunity to dismiss bodybuilders. It shows insecurity, if you ask me.

@@MikePulcinellaVideo 1. I’m debunking your last message stating he does more cardio than me. He definitely does not considering he’s out of breath just weight training. I’ve rarely been out of breath lifting unless I’m doing supersets, which he probably doesn’t do.
      2. I put down bodybuilders because they aren’t living to their full potential. Focusing on having big muscles is a waste of time and this culture is not healthy. They are the male equivalent of ig models. All style no substance. Bodybuilding is also misleading the youth. Look at Kali muscle. He even slimmed down and got off the juice. He knows the harmful effects of this
