      @@itsTonySaint in a moment of my life, I was desparete. Could not figure how to deal with my problems. I asked God "God whereter you are and whoever you is, If you exist. Please let me know and help me. Because I want to love the persons around once again. And be healed from all of the damage I did to myself." He helped me. One year later I didnt had depression, rage nor inpatiance problems, family was now a good thing, because as I was started to heal, I wanted my mom and dad to have a family that embraces them, like they always did to me. I could now not only feel love, but actually, I started to love the world around me, and seeing how rich and beautiful is life.
      To be fair, you just got to ask.
      ____________________________________
      Q: But, If you asked God to reveal himself, who you find out God to be?
      A: I mean, if a purpose does not exist. Why life even exist? I always thought about how sad is for life to exist but to eventualy die, nowadays it still has no sense "If I were God, why would I create something so amazing Just to it to be destroyed." Thoughts like those led me to Jesus. The God of the Bible. His sayings and Jesus is just so insane that you start doubting your thoughts are right. Thus making you to humble yourself to see the truth of the entire existence. Remenber, because It will help, God is always at your side. But He never will say good job to your mistakes. He knows we miss and fail, but still He calls us by name, and keeps on working on us. He knows we are made strong. He made us.
      It's Just the beggining of the journey, God is with u, have faith and trust Him and His words. Lets get it

    I'm 56 years old and disabled. On December 24, 2021, I accidentally fell and lost my balance. Went to the hospital to recover and went to rehabilitation to gain my strength 💪. By mid February, I went back home and had a physical therapist came to my routine exercises. After this, I started to perform 100 bed situps and 100 wheelchair push-ups for 6 months. After this process, I lower both the bed situps and wheelchair push-ups by 50. I'm getting stronger daily and perform dumbbell workouts.

    • @heroswine
      @heroswine 2 роки тому +59

      @@wainach9518 technically it’s 10 sets. Anyway, for just biceps? Hell yeah. I am not perfect with creating workout plans, but I know that 10-12 sets a week is plenty of volume for muscle hypertrophy. So to do 10 set of a smaller muscle in one workout is a waste of time. You could easily split this into 2 exercises that you hit in the same week and will most likely see better results than doing this just once a week. If you plan on doing this whole exercise twice a week you will greatly exceed the threshold of 10-12 sets a week and a lot of those would not actually be any benefit to you. Just trying to help, because I know that gym time is sacred and any way to minimize wasted time will help everyone in the long run

    The bots in the comments are talking out of their asses. He SPECIFICALY said 12-15 REPS, plus the hand positioning takes even more tension off the tendon. Heavy as you can for THAT rep range. Casuals will talk about bicep tear as if their twig arms can even curl something heavy enough to cause an injury let alone a tear... Wake up. Preach curls are perfectly safe if you're a natural and don't go beyond what your body is capable off. 10-15 reps on a weight is beyond comfortable ligament-wise.
    12-15 reps on a weight is significantly lower than 70% of 1RM and it's coupled with 2-3 damn minutes of rest...
