You could be built like a tank and lifting ur entire life, but as a 5`5 male ul prob never be able to do that, at the same time at that height ur bodyweight will be much less. Theres tons of people at 180 built like tanks, but bear hugging a dryer at the same weight will be a very different task in difference to someone 7 foot weighing 300 pounds. And if you see my other comment here i did some research and discovered a dryer is way lighter than most people think. since im not native english speaker i was unsure and confused if it was a washing machine or dryer, and because washing machines can weigh up to 300 pounds and a dryer can weigh as little as 100 pounds its a very different story.

    Try a wash machine… then I’ll give u credit

I just researched and the average dryer weighs 120lbs, ranging from 100-130 usually. Washing machines is usually 170-300. So big difference if people are confused.

Everyone was blown away when I singlehandedly carried a full-size refrigerator out of my buddies apartment, lifted it overhead and set it into his pickup truck over the side of the bed, but it was actually pretty light...most people equate big with heavy but a fridge is mostly empty space.

I ordered a new bedroom set. Big black man slides the chest height dresser to the end of the truck and pauses for a second. I assume he’s waiting for his partner. Nope. Dude squats down and lifts this 8 foot wide chest height *dresser* over his shoulder and walks up my inclined driveway then sets it down gentle as a baby.

I used to work at a feed mill in highschool and it got me incredibly strong. Got up to carrying to 25kg bags of feed per hand and able to toss them into the back of a pickup. Was the only form of working out I was doing. Later on in my grade 12 year first time squatting I hit 405 for 10 and deadlifted 525 for 5. Carries have a lot of strength transfer!
