Very nice dude! The one thing I love about the car tuning scene, and which can be said for every tuner car, is that there is so much availability for anyone and everyone. Sticking with the GTI theme, there have always been timers available to go Stage 1 and 2, ethanol tuning, and then tuning for turbo upgrades, whether that be getting the Golf R turbo put in, or going big turbo. There are mods available for everybody’s needs, from those who just want IS20 Stage 1, to those who want 600whp+ monsters. It’s pretty rad, which is one reason why I love cars so much. Hey, quick question, if I get a remap with you and then want to go back to standard map, e.g for selling do you store original maps, or is this not something you’re able to do? Thanks

Does anyone know if the TC on these can be mapped to be turned off completely when you turn it off? I know that when it’s off it’s not “off” it still kicks in if the back end comes loose which is super annoying. Makes me miss my FiST that little bit more...
Man I love my stock GTI but sometimes wish it had more punch, stage 1 tune sounds really tempting.

we weren't aware of any exhaust work done to the car dude, its entirely possible it had a resonator delete or something :)

What mods is it running?? My MK7 Gti has 320bhp and 500nm of torque, That’s stage 1
theplace247 totally stock. A gti can’t reach 320 without modifications buddy. Only at stage 2 do you see 320+
DK Tuning makes sense it didn’t get 300+ then , I’ve got an APR Cat-back and induction
@@theplace247 Yep, Stage 2 will put you at about 320 at the wheels, e30 at 350, and e85 around 370.
theplace247 massively helps. You would benefit most from intercooler. The stock ones are so bad for pulling timing and reducing power.

Do you map the dsg gearbox to keep the power linear?
we do mate and mostly to bring down shift times, the cars also run a little more power with a dsg map :)
