Dulce de leche Chiffon Cake - mysweetambitions

Hi guys today I will be sharing my take on Dulce de letce Chiffon Cake
150 g cake flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
100 ml fresh milk
100 ml vegetable oil
8 egg yolks
1/3 cup + 1 tbsp dulce de letche
For the meringue
8 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
Optional
1/3 cup dulce de letche
1/2 tbsp cream or milk

You can use but make sure that the flan is not to thick

Yes Bake at around 30-35 minutes
