Pineapple Chiffon Cake With Whipped Cream Icing

- For the chiffon Cake
8 egg yolks
80 g sugar or 1/3 cup plus 1/2 tbsp
100 of pineapple syrup from the can of pineapple crushed
100 ml oil
1/4 tsp salt
200 g cake flour or 1 1/4 cup
For the Meringue
8 egg whites
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
100 g sugar
for the Icing
2 cups whipping cream +100 ml extra whipping cream to include pipping and decoration
450g of crushed pineapple with the syrup drained
1/2 cup powdered sugar (I measure first then sift)
Optional : pineapple chunks to decorate the top and 3 pcs. of cherries

I will use pineapple in its juice instead of syrup as it's more tart & less sweet
& Using whipped coconut cream would be nice too!?
You should sprinkle pineapple syrup generously on those layers when u layer them it turns soo good

The way u speak is so cute...I would suggest to sprinkle some syrup on the cake before applying cream or pieapples...and some essence

Hi dear. Very beautiful recipe, I have problem with whipped cream, it's not stabilized for longer like during icing or frosting, its start melting and not settled on my cake, although I care about temp, and same ingredients used .....what can be the issue
Male sure you are using whipped cream that is atleast 35 percent milk fat , and do not over whipped is as well .

+Kash Mindee don't blend because it might turn all to liquid but you can just slice the pineapple chunks into smaller pieces

Thickened cream in australia but basicallynits any cream that is 35 percent milk fat
