Yeah comms are super helpful! Probably the single most game changing thing you can do outside of improving your own gameplay is to give constant, reliable comms. If you're gonna flash, smoke, swing, etc. it helps your team out. And if you have any info on who you hear it's important to comm that that as well like I showed in the video. Glad you found it helpful!
Yeah so I have a really bad answer that's probably the most honest one: you can't control what other people do, so focus on improving yourself and getting better and you'll climb over time. I started off Silver, and have climbed to Immortal just by getting better, playing for the team, and making sure I'm eliminating mistakes that I'm making that put my team in terrible spots. No player is perfect and you're going to make mistakes so you have to work to eliminate the ones you make. Likewise focus on communicating effectively and coherently. If you know these things, but don't communicate them in an effective way to your team, you might be responsible for the losses on the team. And that doesn't mean to tell your team exactly what to do (e.g. "Jett I want to to smoke here, dash into it, and Skye I want you to flash over this box, while Omen smokes these two spots"), it means playing within the bounds of your team and their knowledge of the game - if they push fast how are you using your utility to help them accomplish that? If they play slow are you using your util to get intel? If Jett dies on site after a dash and everyone is stuck main behind a smoke, is that Jett's fault or the team's fault for not pushing out to help or using util to help? This game is really dynamic, so even if you know these things you're going to get teammates that don't, and that's okay, but change your mindset from "My team isn't helping me" to "I'm not helping my team enough" and things change really quickly IMO.
@@ValoRATStrats great advice, thank you so much. You are right about communicating. I’m not a talkative person and this does affect our game play many time. Will try to improve on this. Typically it is hard for the team to effectively utilise utilities, so I’m gonna try to match their dynamics instead
For poppin swings you want to make sure you’re moving and “re-aiming” before you shoot. When someone poppin swings they’re using that time to get their crosshair where it needs to be and then shooting once they’re done moving, so the goal there for you should be to move, re-aim, then shoot. That way their crosshair has to adjust again with your movement. For jiggle peeking it’s all dependent on the scenario but a good rule of thumb is to not stay in the same spot. It could make it easier for them by being able to pre-aim that spot and tap fire. So if they’re jiggle peeking it would be wise to either expose more of the angle that you’re holding so you see more of them as they jiggle, or make the angle tighter. Either way you want to be careful and not stand still to allow quick tap firing in the same spot they jiggle peeked you at. Hard to explain via a comment but I may make a video on the future related to it!

Thanks very good video
Wait, so how can i deal with player who im aiming on one angle and they just poppin swing or jiggle peek me

Do you vod review?
I do, yeah! This video was a VOD review. Always down to help if you feel you need it.
@@ValoRATStrats How could I get vod reviwed? I'm stuck in bronze
You would just have to send me a link to a VOD of you playing your most comfortable role and I’ll add it to the queue that I’m working through now!
@@ValoRATStrats Oh, thank you!
Of course! If it makes it easier to send a VOD you can join my Discord and send it there if you don’t wanna post it on UA-cam. discord.gg/ja77zzBVhg
