Just finished watching entire concert. Amazing! The guitar solo's of Grow or Pay and Sleeping My Day Away are BEST IN CLASS!!
I lost count on the times I been looking at Jacob giving a solo just standing there with a big grin on my face like I just lost my last braincells... the best moments have been when you get eye contacts and he always have a smile in his eyes when he sees you and doing what he clearly loves the most...
I saw them in 2018 at a bike show here in Portugal. I even cryed listening to Grow or pain. Such an emotive song, so wel payed.. . These guys are so good and underrated...
@@Joliie Right? He is possibly my all around favorite guitarist..kinda unique style, which is hard to do in rock..very sensitive and melodic, always amazing SOUND and classy AF!!
@@blackinblue11 first standing concert in 1½ year this summer and D-A-D was our first, my jaw hurt so bad the day after from smiling :)

I've always loved these guys. They really know how to throw down a jam! Their bassist has some of the craziest guitars I've ever seen.
I've loved D.A.D. since the first time I saw the video for Sleeping My Day Away. The song Bad Craziness is one of my favorites to drive to.
The best version of grow or pay! I wished they would release this concert on dvd

One of the only bands I really care to see live, never seen them yet.... I'm in the Seattle area.... what's it gonna take for me to see them?? Been a fan since the late 80s.
Summer vacation to Denmark. They are a certain guest on several Danish summer festivals.
They do visit the states from time to time, Tour 2019 is mainly in DK and the rest of Scandinavia with a few visits to Germany and UK.

helpyourselfish is one of their best albums, a lot heavier but one really great album

The reason why Stig (the bass player) only has two strings? Thats all he need (his words). Also the guitar work on "Sleeping....." is really crafty stuff

There's quite a few Bands still functioning after many decades that people aren't aware of.
They don't get commercial exposure in certain territories outside their home region.
I saw an advert for their 2022 Tour of Australia yesterday.
The only one who has not been involved from the start is the drummer, he joined in 1999, the rest is original members.
If you have a chance to see them live, go for it. They still have give great shows!
They just got a special place in the danish national museum :) Still alive and kicking. Still the best live show in Denmark. Always will be \m/

@@alexrossimartin3538 Clearly i'm not deaf, but maybe a lil' hard of hearing from all the concerts. I'm sorry, just hearing these guys for the first time and the singer had a heavy accent, just sounded like some english-danish gibberish. They sound good, but bit too DAD rock for my taste tho' :)
