MINISTRY Will ALWAYS BE THE BEST INDUSTRIAL BAND EVER!!!!
And Nin too
@@isaianicoletto6492 NIN is ok in a Back Street Boys meets Dixie Chicks kind of way.
Best band ever
NIN and Ministry are the opposite sides of the same spoon.
With Sympathy was it! tee...
I’ll never forget the moment i listened to “A Mind is a Terrible Thing to Taste”. My buddy’s dad had a CRAZY system. One day after school we went to his house when his family was away and my buddy Bob says “you guys wanna hear something insane”?
We lit up a few J’s, cracked a few forties, and Bob cues up “Thieves” and cranked the shit out of his dad’s system.
I was never the same again.
At a Ministry show in a small club in the midwest...for some reason the local Nazi's showed up..halfway through the show..one of em spits on Al..Al proceeds to jump into the crowd boots first on top of this guys head and pummels this guys face into the ground..mind you the band is still playing Al gets back on stage fixes his goggles lights a cig..and continues were he just left off..All Hail Ministry..🔥
Wow that's awesome. I saw them in Philadelphia PA.
Great show
Hell yeah
All Hail Ministry🤘💀🤘✌😎
It’s a great story sometimes you are in the right place at the right time.
Oh, knock it off.
Thank you to Ministry and Skinny Puppy. You’ve saved my life.
“Just one fix” a lesson in brutal nihilistic riffing that many metal bands need to learn.
rammstein did. they did so much they copied the riff " Du hast"
@@mauriciokrebs2913 Links 234
or something
Easy af song to play, but it gets results
Torturous on your fingers dont ya think ?? LOLOLOLHAHA
You know there's problems when al, a senior citizen is more dynamic and edgey than anything or anybody half his age.
Yeah I agree .Now sloppy shit like Chester Bennington still around in 2020.
and more energetic than anyone in that crowd it seems.
Edgy is a word wanna be cool people says for one this band is garbage for two
"Edgy," lol yea dude, being pro-establishment is certainly edgy these days
hes been like that his who career. Ministry isnt a new band. Been around since before i was born and im 31 now.
Just saw Uncle Al in Rochester NY. I love this man ,his groundbreaking infectious sound ,his marvelous tireless wit, and the fact that he survived his history. God Bless you Al . Thanks for all the great music over the years. Your true fans adore and appreciate you. ROCK!
Man am I out of it, didn't even realize they came to town. Which venue?
Amen to that
I totally agree with you! He is an amazing man!
I will see him in 22 with COC and Melvins.. my 50 year old ass will be there for every riff
@Vann Junkin and a lot of other fifty year old asses. Look, I am fifty two myself but it's embarrassing to see a lot of middle aged dudes at a show circle pitting and etc to a band from their youth.
Gotta love a keyboarder just smiling away and a bassist playing little jingles in important breaks.
The baseman was not loud enough, especially in So What.
Amazing how he makes time to meet the people [11:30] I will never forget seeing him live and how he walked through the people shaking hands with everyone ... So much respect for Uncle AL
Stigmata sounds incredible...like it’s been reborn with such invigorating enthusiasm
Legend...very underrated...
Thats the most docile crowd I’ve ever seen at a ministry show
Too true. But we're all 50 now
It’s Wacken. All day long music fest, so an endless number of fans of different bands. A+ exposure to any band on the venue
That's the best comment I've heard all year. These kids are pussies...
@@NailFactoryProds😂😂
Been a fan since i was a teenager. I would have loved to stand for 30 mins get the best of ministry 3 singles, 3 different albums and call it a night. I feel old just watching this and then remember ol grandpa al is like 300 years old and still throwing it down.
They're touring right now. I'll see them in Dallas Oct 23, 2021.
1992 Orlando, Florida. Ministry takes the stage. The biggest baddest hurricane that the state has ever seen is the backdrop for the outside stage. Lightning spitting out of the clouds like a programmed tesla coil playing along to the music. Won't ever be a Ministry show with such an epic backdrop.
That was a great day. One of a kind show.
I was at the Miami show the day before
@@kingdiamondscream I saw both shows. Actually outran the hurricane lol.
Miss the mosh pits of the 90s
what changed ?
In 1992 they were part of Lollapalooza, I saw them at Montage mountain in PA. When they took the stage people when batshit crazy. I'll never forget that
@@robertcopes1185 Same here. In Mansfield MA people tore down the back wooden fence and started bonfires on the lawns.
@@peetrwilson Philly , Boston, you know what's uo
@@robertcopes1185 They were even wilder in Ministry's "cage era."
Dude still killing here at 58 years old....
65
the older ministry tracks are killer
The newer stuff is good too live, for some reason does not translate to speakers/stereo
Listen to "Over the Shoulder".
@@lando5973 I got the "12, Isle of Men is pretty sweet too.
Give me “Same Old Madness” any day of the week.
@@carteral-harlem3042all of their shit kicks ass… but “A Mind is a Terrible Thing to Taste” was a masterpiece
I knew the Wacken crowd wouldnt dig ministry, still to fresh and cool for them
Not enough trad metal or vikings!
It's because Ministry is the only band there with balls. Vikings are dead. Traditions are dead. Respect. Respect. Respect. hahaha.
Have been there 2006 it was a Blast and the Crowd was better. Wacken isn't what it was anymore I guess. After the Concert I jumped around shouting: That was better than Sex! Because I loved it so much.
Yeah as much as I love industrial metal, it doesn't fit well in wacken sadly
Uncle Al, I wish he could live forever! And his music too !! Hail Ministry !!!
This sounds pretty tight actually 😉👍
i was there the sound was totally amazing! at the beginning was empty , i think that day hansen and friends were playing, but after the 3 song of ministry all the crowd was there!
]
Al is old enough to be the father of most anyone in the crowd....and twice as kick-ass as anyone in the crowd
even grandfather!
This sounds EPIC these are three of my all time favorites and they kicked the crap out of them live. If you haven't played the studio versions on spinal tap 11 headphones GET ON IT, get to know them, and then play them at 11 on your loudest speakers WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR
Thieves on 11… a big ole Uncle Al Chef’s Kiss!
One of my favourite bands playing live.
Amazing sound. Uncle Al's voice is on point!
Nice to see Al playing some lead guitar these days.
Jesus jumping fkn christ these guys still sound fkn tremendous ♥
Respect. Al Jourgensen is the most solid industrial artist circa 1994-2008
Founded Ministry few years ago, and i wanna say this: They are just the most underrated Industrial Metal band on this planet, mark my words... A true power of Revolution is on the way, this is the sound of freedom. I want to thank you AL, you are making something awesome for the people. Greetings from Serbia, we love your work guys, keep going!!!!
This just gives me hope. I still have time to became a krusty ol´junkie and stop pretending that i´m just a regular family guy.
Still can't believe this is the same guy that sings "Over the Shoulder", 1986...wow.
Do The Etawa ('Let's Dance!')
Twitch is actually pretty edgy compared to Work For Love. I think Effigy is a damn cool song.
I was in the front row at a show pre-covid and Al came down and shook the hand of every person in the front row.
I just saw them again the other week. Skill kicking butt.
Born in 2001, now 19, I have to say I overlooked this band because I heard "Jesus Built My Hotrod" wasn't that great, but until one day I heard "Just One Fix", "Burning Inside", & "The Land of Rape & Honey", my mind was set to hear more of them and they kick ass!!! Uncle Al, your the best!!!
Go back more in time and you will find even more little gems!
no way jesus built my hotrod is killer what do you mean
@@belle1962 It's a bit too all over the place and chaotic for my taste.
@@L0zza It is a an absurdist anthem. If you feel like the world makes sense then it is going to a WTF type of song.
@@pjlegault6153 I have since changed my mind about JBMHR - It's now one of my favourite Ministry songs
OK, this is a pretty flawless performance and the way that Ministry re-structured "Stigmata" was great. Just think...if this WOA was in 2016, then "Stigmata" was just about 30 (!) years old!! \m/ \m/
The Two guitars players kills on one fix, brutal riff awesome
The crowd was the cast for the newest episode of "Dawn of the Dead". Everyone in the crowd was required to eat 2 Lemmon 714s to qualify for casting.
The Rorer and the Lemmon 714 are sorely missed and the LSD~25 I was lucky enough to be in my teens in the eighties had no problem getting a handful of these amongst all the other stuff no limits no boundaries Full Tilt madcap fun filled family entertainment Ministry Slayer Celtic Frost Alice Cooper Aerosmith just to name a few huffing paint sniffing glue hitting Hines Drive Michigan what happened I can go on and on thanks for mentioning the Lemmon
Can't you just enjoy the music without looking around and commenting about the crowd like a sheep?
Do you need the affirmation of everyone going off around you before you feel comfortable enough to enjoy yourself?
@@carlmarks8170 No.
Squeeze my lemmon till the juice runs down my leg.
🤟😁🤟
@@cankss6893 No prob
Your from my neck of the woods
Damn if we didn't get the best surplus
😎🤙
I Love this band Industrial of 90as.
God, I love so much this band!
First Al in 19 and today in my 49 forever love
I will always love stigmata❤️
Ministry and the Onkelz will stay with me. I am 52 years old.
Ministry's Psalm 69 album is freaking amazing!
My cousin saw these dudes in LA like in 19..and he said they killed it!!!
I saw Ministry at Lollapalooza 2 in Denver and I was really impressed with the bands tightness despite haw much sound they are producing. The band is legendary!
Guy : how many piercings would you like ?
Al : yes
Al: all of them
Absolutely brilliant!
Al Jourgensen is "The Man!" Fab concert and band! Thanx for sharing.
Crowd showed up to see Taylor Swift apparently....
A swift taylor will sew a battlejacket in no time.
It's because everyone at the festival is snoozing through this shit band
@@TheGrimoireMovement lol.
@@TheGrimoireMovement dunno about that
Fuck a body bag full of Taylor Swifts.
Hell yeah, Uncle Al is looking good again
Seen Ministry 7-8 times in Denver. Watch the 1st round of the Hagler/ Hearns fight then imagine it to be 15 minutes long and not 3. Thats how one show started & I watched in awe & disbelief. Ministry will always be legendary!
One of the all time greats!
That was frickin awesome , I wish I seen them live
so good, the talent is crazy
😊thanks so much for this epicness
best just one fix ever
Thank - you .
Thank you for your music
That's cool of Al to go out to meet the crowd!!!
How is it physically possible for the audience to be standing still to this song? (Just one fix)
They are Sheep
i just bought a ticket, recently, to see them with Slayer and Primus and shit. I actually bought a seat on purpose, rather than genera admission. The Slayer pit hurts for a week and I'm 40 now... But I'm not really sure how this is gonna work. Am I supposed to like, stay sitting? Pretty sure it's not gonna happen.
@@drewm1808 Got in the pit during Lamb Of God and i'm 44. Hurt for a good 5 days, but it just had to be done!!!! Old habits die hard.
I saw them a few years ago in Vancouver. I was 50! In the pit the whole fucking time with my kid. Very intense, very very fun. Some "young" metalheads were hi-fiving me after the show, I guess they thought I was the cool old guy.
@@rblaa I'am 58 and still in the pit , why not , .......
Just great! I guess this song is more than 25 years... It is still brutal!
Im not a metal fan, but I am a Ministry fan,. This was impressive. They always deliver live. I miss i distrial music...
You're a wizard, Harry.
Killin’it!!
My favorite of all time
59 years old and just now i discover this insane band, only new lay lady lay till now. They fucking rock.
First seen them in 1988. Ministry IS industrial music hands down end of story. That cover was ok but sux compared to the refit few albums
First few albums, damn spell check
Thank you Ministry for a great performance Gr God
Sick!
Sound track to my teenage years.
Corny
I would give anything to be back there ,,best Wack ever!!!
Ministry was the loudest cassette tape I ever played in my old cutlass. By far. All high end very little bass.
What a fuckin legendary comment that deserves a hell of a lot more than my “like”
The borders we crossed in the 90s.. gotttdam.. we had fun didn't we???

Nothing beats Ministry.
marvelous show
Yes Uncle Al was in shape !
Super nice 🤘
GREAT….
1991 saw Ministry, Helmet and seplutura in Detroit. The only concert that I felt if I went down to the ground I was good as dead.
.... drummer ,, incredible
Wow he sounds so similar to the records live that’s awesome
Ministry is live a beast.

MINISTRY IT'S BOMB!!!! FOREVER.
If it weren't for Ministry, Industrial Metal wouldn't be the same
I only knew the coversong lay lady lay from this band till now. They are fucking good, so i have a lot to listen to.WOW.
2:45 so nice of him to bless the crowd 😂

Foda mesmo, eu tava lá! 🤘
These songs would make crashing your car seem fun love old school Ministry
always come back to this gig .just killer good to see roy on the drums?
This is s strong and brutal!
Super 🤘👌
Kedaron estupefactos por la pureza del espectáculo.
Que va, este público nació retrasado. No son capaces de mover los huevos ni que se los lleven con carretilla.
uncle AL can still belt out a tune. old and new ministry, either way. we love ministry
