Hey!! I just got home from being with my sister Michelle in the hospital and my lower back is throbbing from standing beside her bed for hours. I did this quick video and feel some opening and relief. Thank you for making a quick yet effective video for me to do just now. Honestly I was so tired I didn't want to do it before I ate and got to bed but I saw it was only 12 mins and went for it. I feel a bit better and more calm.

Recently broke my leg and I’m feeling the tightness in my hips from so much sitting. Luckily it looks like I can do most of this practice with minimal modifications. So happy!

This one felt really good for the hips. I had lemongrass oil in my diffuser going and it helped me feel more awake too.
