Isn't it important to keep doing it often to keep the blood flow, I mean it's like a muscle too so it'll make it work better and also will keep your drive up.?

Good sleep, limit alcohol, plenty of egg yolks and liver. I found these to be the most profound. Test was around 400 years ago. I just tested over 950.

Congrats sir. How was it to get your results? I was nervous because I look fairly androgynous and am a slim type, but then the doctor looked up concerned and said "you have out of scale levels of T on the upper end" - immediate internal joy screams - lol!

Another factor of sleep quality that doesn’t get talked about: find out if you are a regular snorer
If you snore regularly, you’ll still feel crappy after 7-8 hours b/c you’re basically not breathing properly. Using a snoring mouthpiece and doing an occasional nasal cleanse helps immensely with sleep quality, which in turn really helps with testosterone and other hormone replenishing

Best advice I can give you is have a perfect diet, avoid unhealthy stress(toxic people for example), and if you covered the basics and your problems aren't solved then look into supplementing. 09:15 I can attest to this from personal experience. I'd been tired and low on energy for around a year and a half now, consistently, 3-4 days every week, sometimes more. It began since I got Covid for the first time, so I thought it was long Covid, but nothing I did could fix it. Doctors clueless too.
Then, I discovered a few weeks ago this mechanism from another source, started thinking that I'm energetic and healthy more than a dozen times every day, and lo and behold, I'm not tired anymore after 2-3 weeks DESPITE my shit habit of going to sleep at around 1-3 am to sleep since a long while ago. YOUR THOUGHTS MATTER.

Sleep, the one thing people always mention and act as if its so easy to do. I WISH I could just get good sleep, but my body literally says "fuck you, 3-4 hours is all you're getting." I know people are just giving advice, but it's irritating when you hear people saying "Oh yeah just get some sleep and you'll be good." If only it were that easy.
