I recommend doing keto + intermittent fasting.
There's another hormone called Insulin. When we eat processed foods, specially sugar and refined carbs, that hormone goes up to take excess sugar away from bloodstream.
That hormone is dominant, which means that other hormones get defficient if this one is too high.
It's why when someone is diabetic type 2, their testosterone is really low, the insulin is super high. Fasting improves so much this situation. Not only insulin goes down, but testosterone and growth hormone goes up.
Also stress and poor sleep kills testosterone.
How many days during the week and how many mins should we use the sauna for bro?
As long as it takes to build up a real sweat, usually at least 30mins. It’s good for recovery after training to so combine the two and do it 2-3 times a week

Also a raw shredded carrot salad with apple cider vinegar,coconut oil,salt.The carrots bind with estrogen and also remove endotoxins like lipopolysaharides in the small intestines.This improves your thyroid function which helps turn your balls on .Two shredded carrots daily .Forefront health !
Could this be why Norse and Slavic men are seen as very masculine? Finns, Swedes and Russians love their saunas, or their variations, and they are EVERYWHERE. I am Russian and I would take a sauna over a shower any day. My uncle goes at least 4 times a week at 50 y/o. Very interesting theory.

I've stopped drinking for some time now but still have a tough time saying no to alcohol my friends and co workers when I'm in social settings and every one is drinking . Alcohol is one of the only drugs that society and corporate world frowns against when you don't do it 😑

The two best things I did for testosterone production are almost certainly training in western boxing and doing quite heavy manual labor for my day job.
My brother works out 5 times a week and goes rock climbing regularly and I can still handily beat him in arm wrestling and I don’t do anything but go to work. It’s fantastic.
