Not because it's over. But because it's at the wrapup of class that you feel like: _"Awesome! I got another class in! Another one under my belt! Can't wait to do it again evening after next! I 'F'-ing Love this!"_ Getting on the mat and banging it out with your buddies for 2 1/2+ hours is the Greatest feeling in the world! 😎

Deep tissue massage! Hands down best thing you can do, every 3-4 months I would get one. If it hurts while the massesuse is working you that's a good sign. I would leave feeling like I'm "High" that's a great sign

I would add one thing to this list: going to the chiropractor. Always feel like I have a new/healthy skeleton and posture after going in once a month. DEFINETLY go to the chiropractor if you lift weights or enjoy sports with high impact.

I only do fish and eggs now as far as animal stuff goes! I have notice increased muscle mass and better brain function. I had been vegan for 9 years with no problems. One day last year I was craving salmon and I decided to eat it. More bioavailable omega 3 in fish than plant based. So I havent stopped🤷♂️ still dont feel good about eating other animals and I dont need to.

Not too sure about the steak bit. Chicken is probably better considering the reduction of red meats is better for your overall health, but genuinely good stuff for the most part. Remember to wear sunscreen and eat your antioxidants y'all we're looking for vitamin D, not vitamin cancer.
