I am slightly confused by this video. Granted, I am totally blind so I may have missed something. Was the Furhat robot playing the part of cashier in the first scenario? I also think the lady playing the irate customer did a very good job. LOL! Also, in the beginning of the credit cards scenario-which we don’t see in its entirety- the robot seems to have more of a robotic voice when he says “got it“. Why the difference in voices?
