According to me, developing intuition requires cultivating awareness, slowing down, and listening to your inner voice. Pay attention to your body's reactions and notice when your gut is telling you something important. Practice meditation or mindfulness to quiet your mind and enhance your ability to tune in to your intuition. Trust yourself and don't second-guess your intuition. With practice, you'll become more confident in your ability to make intuitive decisions and trust the guidance that comes from within. This is true. Its been 8 months since i ve been practicing shambhavi mahamudra and it feels like my intuition is on steriods. Its extremely strong at around 3 am - 5:30 am. I feel something in middle of my forehead and my imagination becomes very clear. Every single suggestion and answers that i get during that time have drastically impacted my life and my career.
How do you practice this?

I think it means, to be rational, philosophical and objective rather than emotional or instinctive... To use reason and logic. This can be developed by being ready to learn new things, accepting new perceptions and dimensions of life, take courses, join creative classes and activities, learn new skills, ask questions, establish hobbies, socialise, meet new people, travel to new places, read books, journals, blogs, watch many YT videos on different subjects, let go of expectations, be kind, exercise acceptance, pray, meditate...
You will gain knowledge, broaden your mind and in time, develop a high level of consciousness and awareness and then one day your mind will join your heart and things will just come to you not from your head but from the knowing which has no reason. From your heart.

Intuition is the sixth sense, not everyone has it or some has it less or more developed in my opinion.
Sadhguru, I feel intuition is the voice of our spiritual advisor's and by allowing intuition as one's primary source of influence, inspiration and motivation an individuals ability to create a connection with the Supernatural Realms of INTANGIBLE Existences ALL self aware creations become part of. This being an Intangible Existence of only Spirits of Love maintained with acquired Honor for the love of all things; 'for what they're all worth' and Integrity as being the final and most important part of the 'Intangibles of Three' which creates a Trinity of Security in which an Impenetrable Kingdom of Meticulous Design is First Created. It is from this sound intangible substrate a Spiritual Foundation is Created, built upon and MAINTAINED for eternity.
So then, after a mortal existence one begins existing in the intangible realm/reality/universe the existence of a tangible universe would become an unnecessary reality.
Spiritual Realities do so exist and the Realms in which spirits dwell do seem to be of an Intangible variety if compared to our current material word, yet they are very real and as tangible to the Spiritual Inhabitants as our material reality is tangible us. And so, our tangible becomes their intangible.
Tangible matter seems to be vital for existence.
It is most likely that what is essential for existence to continue eternally is ones own realization of their inner spirits true intangible immorality when other MATTER NO LONGER MATTERS.
Believe in Nothing, or as close as possible, then, from there, seek out your own Truths.
Never underestimate your own individual abilities.
One's intuition is the receiving of telepathic communication directly from the realm of the undead, ones spiritual loved ones, elders/family members, spiritual group clan/ tribal ancestors that exist for us.
Isolation and Meditation is required in order to purge one's unnatural soul from one's natural spirit. From there one can connect and communicate with other spirits, thus becoming instinctual.

I find unusual ways like i put strip of duct tape on my phone back with edge folds for a flap to grab when its out of hand. Now i think if i do that on the bottom half my palm wont keep selecting intended choices. A case could help but the tape seems more original.
