He had not yet encountered that force of nature called RafaelNadal :-).
RogerFederer is a great sportsman... but from a sheer natural point of view it's got to be Rafa... he has not changed anything about him... not even his way of speaking English... not his athletic/fighter personality... not his diet... and yet remained a great champion...

Blatter, whose time at the helm of FIFA was plagued by numerous corruption scandals, was being interviewed by RTS Sport recently when he dragged Swiss tennis legend Federer into the equation.
"Why do they attack the football world?" Blatter said.
"No one has said a word about one of the biggest money collectors: Federer.
He is untouchable. I am sure he is untouchable because he does everything right.

You weirdoes and your crusades against people you'll never meet or impact in any way... the hilarity of quoting Blatter, who's as corrupt, untrustworthy and desperate as they come.

Charlie Rose is a observer of tennis for decades and he could distinguish the difference in advantages of men's size, strength, height, speed, lung capacity and power to win over women head to head. I can't believe Rose a-hole remarks saying john McEnrow belittled Serena when he stated she could beat top male players. &clueless Gail was present to ask why Serena is not considered the best tennis player ever. After former #1 Johnny Mc explained the reasons the were brain dead and asked him to apologize for saying Serena was not the greatest tennis player ever. Johnny Mc challenged their stupidity by proposing them to have Serena play a top male player after they mentioned a note from Serena about the facts of her play against male players. Mc doubled down and would not apologize for telling the truth. At a later date, Serena publicly said she could not beat top male players. Case closed but the nerve of Rose and Gail and some other lame lady on the subject was really appalling to watch. Some of the most irresponsible interviews and reporting I have ever seen in my life.
That said Serena is a top 2 historic female player in slams. And, I hope she gets in shape and trys to win at least one more slam before retirement. Much love to her and her Goat legacy "quest".

Australia's former Wimbledon champion Pat Cash criticised Federer, who also had a timeout before the fifth set of his semi-final with Stan Wawrinka.

"You can't just stop a marathon if you're tired... I can't stress how bad this has been supervised or looked at by the medical team here in the whole tour," Cash said on BBC radio.
"It's wrong, wrong and wrong. It's cheating and it's being allowed. It's legal cheating, but it's still not right.

mariusz robert Pat Cash won Wimbledon one year. Roger is a legend. Like he said in the after match interview, he rarely takes injury time outs. All of the players take them. Roger is far from the only one.
