+Greta Hunt The boards are fairly simple to use, especially if you or someone you know that is participating in the session are what you call a hypersensitive. The spirits or entities that you make contact with will basically draw the energy from the individuals participating in the session. When you make contact, you will feel a sensation, almost like a numb and tingling sensation that begins, generally in the neck and head, especially the third eye region located between your eyes in the center of your forehead just a bit above the brow line and that sensation can be felt going down your arms and into your hands.....sometimes it feels as if it's going through your chest area as well, depending on the individuals. What you are basically doing is allowing the spirits/entities to channel through you and the other participants....you will feel any number of physical sensations including hostility, a sense of urgency, nausea, nervousness or agitation and a feeling as if someone is not only looking at you but is coming through your body. I don't recommend anyone, especially with no experience to do this because it is dangerous and it's a 90% or better that the spirit/entity you make contact with isn't good at all. You have to remember that you are allowing them to use your body as a portal into this world and once you open that door you can't close it back again, so not only can they remain with you, they will begin to harass you, suppress you then can possess you. You also must realize that even though you may believe that you are talking to say our mother or someone else you have loved it's not necessarily so, simply you are allowing them to channel through you and use your energy they can get information subconsciously through your mind when you ask the questions. They are extremely devious and can lie like the devil, once they begin to answer the questions accurately and gains your trust, they'll begin to either predict the future, assist you in finding something you may have lost and even give you advice....that's how they draw you in and people can become addicted to being on the board and I wouldn't advise you or anyone else to do a session alone, that is never really a good idea. If you do this, I would have at least three or more present, two to participate fully in the session and a third, fourth, fifth or more to write down what is being communicated. You can also do this through what you call automatic writing which doesn't need two people but I'd highly recommend that even then you have other's there with you, same goes for divining rods and crystal amulets or divining crystals of any type but specifically a quartz crystal. If you are really wanting to try this, I would cleanse your mind of all impure thoughts and say a prayer of protection because this is dangerous and not a game, like some people will claim that it is. I found when I did them back in the day being curious, that making one from scratch in the form of a circle either on the floor or a good size table and a crystal glass such as a whiskey tumbler is somewhat safer than those you buy online or of all things in a toy department simply because a circle cannot be broken to where the spirit/entity you contact can make its way off of the board like they easily can on a square or rectangular shaped board. You can tell that's what they are wanting to do by moving back and forth repeating the same letters for a name like 'ZOZO' in an attempt to get you and the participants to call out the name which can release the entity into our world. They will also go through the entire alphabet, numbers the four corners, the yes and no day and night in an attempt to break through their dimension and into our reality and they'll go through that extremely fast....if any of that occurs immediately say goodbye but sometimes you are too late and they will pick the one that is more sensitive and/or the individual that is vulnerable due to an illness or state of depression they'll use whatever they can for their agenda hence the lies, them being helpful, or predicting future which is how it becomes so addictive. Like I said earlier, you don't necessarily need a board, there are other things you can do this with but the foremost requirement is allowing them to use your energy and allowing them access to your body and mind to channel through you. The spirit box is much like an EVP session with the exception that you don't have to play it back like you have to with an EVP, you will actually here the voices coming through he speakers that are set up to rapidly go through up to 11 maybe more AM channels or white noise so there is no room for human tampering or any kind are marginal error. Any of these types of communication, although they can be fun are extremely dangerous and can carry some serious consequences!!!

The only video evidence of it is a girl on a security tape that was pressing the buttons of the elevator in some sequence so it looks like she's playing the game. She got off on a floor and looked as if she was talking to someone, but no one was there. A few weeks (I think) later she was found dead. Its pretty messed up.

session 2. it seems like the pauses between your questions are shorter on the recording than the first time you ask them. have you ever tried to sync up a vid with the recordings to try to eliminate sounds like the planchette scraping on the board, planchette bumping into recorder and similar, and simply to get a reading on wether bits and pieces are somehow scrambled by whatever/whoever your are having a chat with?

Clearly a powerful demon. Speaking in a clear voice saying, "I'm God", must mean it is some kind of powerful or not a coward as most. The EVPs were breathtaking as well, with the growling and gurgling sound that you haven't heard.
