One of the only aviation channels that has legit 4K quality.
Soon to be 4K 60 FPS 😉.
@@sla31 Sweet! Getting the iPhone 12Pro Max? I love mine!! The camera is amazing!
Got it today! 😃
@@sla31 That a boy! I love mine.
Max seems to smoothly.
Bigup for additional cabin flight video coverage including passenger sit up, safety instructions and menu.video quality.the best
That was a visually stunning flight, the mountain tops were beautiful beyond words!! Engines were quiet, I know this was a great ride!! Thank you for sharing this special ride!! ☀️
I’m glad you enjoyed it my friend!
Settle. Airplane are you going to land are you a man in Seattle
That sunrise with Mt. Rainier in the background would make a beautiful background for my PC!
When I first saw news of this flight, I knew it was only a matter of time until you uploaded yet another beautiful flight in the MAX. I'm sure it was a pleasure flying thanks for uploading!
And thank you for watching!
the fanblades of the Leap 1B are hypnotic
I love flying into San Diego. It's a beautiful area by the ocean and the steep drop into the airport after Balboa Park and the freeway is fun.
It's great to finally see both this video live and you in my hometown, Seattle!
Happy to be there! I love Seattle! I wish I could visit more.
That approach is insaneee!
Best thing to wake up to 🥰 the MAX is so beautiful
I hope you enjoyed the flight my friend! Thanks for watching!
Your channel is the best! There are so many trip reporters out there now rushing to do the same thing! I love how your channel provides a different vibe with the full flight videos and cuts out all the B/S! Not trying to hate on anyone but I appreciate the work you put in to bring us this content! Keep it up!
I really appreciate that my friend. Many people don't realize how much work goes into creating daily content. Especially when it comes to the full flight videos that are 2, 3, even 4+ hours long. So, I always really appreciate it when people understand that. Thanks my friend! As for your point, you're right. There are a lot of people out there doing "trip reports", or trying to be first to upload. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy their videos, and I do try to post mine as soon as possible, but like you mentioned, mine are different. I'll never be first to post, because my videos are so much longer, but at the same time, I'll also never have commentary, music, or text to distract anyone from what my videos are truly about. Pure aviation. The love we all share for aviation, whether it's because we're aviation enthusiasts, we just love travel, they help you relax, or for any other reason. I want my videos to be as pure as possible. I want people to watch my videos, and when they're finished, I want them to feel like they just took the flight with me. I'm also not trying to hate on anyone here, like I said, I really enjoy everyone else's videos, but when I take a flight like this, and I know there are a bunch of other "UA-camrs" on the flight with me, I don't really worry about it... I know there will 8 videos from different people on this flight, but I know that 7 of them will be 12-25 minutes long and will be "trip reports", and then I know there will be 1 that's different. It takes a lot of extra work and effort to create a "full flight" over a "trip report", and I'm typically the only one who does that. So, I always know that regardless of how long it takes me to publish the video, or how quickly other people get their videos posted, that my video will always be set apart. Anyways, thanks again my friend! I really appreciate it!
@@sla31 Keep up the work bud. I like to read a lot, and the sound of the videos help me concentrate.
Randy
@@sla31 Well said, my thoughts exactly. Thanks for all your hard work,
What a stunning aircraft!! And you’re flying out of my hometown as well! Gotta love Seattle ❤️!
Seattle is definitely one of my favorite cities to visit. Thanks for watching!
Love your city.
Seattle is my hometown as well. Love seeing the take offs and landings in and out of Seattle!
22:11 OMG THE VIEW HITS DIFFERENT!!!🖤🖤🖤🖤😩😩😩✨✨✨🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤
Great video!! Thanks for being there to record this! Go Alaska Airlines!!
It was my pleasure! Thanks for watching!
That sunrise with Mt. Hood in the backdrop is something else
thats mount rainier
I know this is not related to the video, but I love your channel name! The funniest thing is that I thought about the song from The Captain and Tenniell, "Love Will Keep us Together" when she sings, "Whatev-uh." Yeah, I know it's weird, but that's still one of my favorite songs, even though it goes back to 1975.
Anyway, it's a catchy name, so please keep it.
Seattle is my hometown city. Grew up about a half hour away. I now live in SW Washington about 20 minutes away from Portland. As much as I like living down here the whole Seattle area will always be home to me.
How can you beat a beautiful sunrise & Mt Ranier in the background? I love my state & the gorgeous scenery. Thank you for this, I loved watching the whole flight.
Glad you enjoyed it my friend! I too love your state, even though I don't live there. Washington state is my favorite "non-tropical" area of the country. Thanks for watching.
what a jaw dropping view! Omg those mountains at 58:00 were just mind blowing!
Himalayan mountains right?
@@corruptbins Wrong continent XD
I just love flight videos so well done. Normally on these long flights I move the dot at the bottom a bit but I was spellbound the whole flight. Very breathtaking. Thank you for this
I'm glad you enjoyed it my friend. Thanks for watching!
What a great video! At 27:32 you can see Mt Rainiers shadow from the sunrise!
Pretty amazing this is the first brand new MAX entry into service for an airline in nearly two years.
It had that new plane smell! Thanks for watching my friend!
Was in the state of California last week didn't land in San Diego but I landed in lax airport in Los Angeles.. when I visited the city of San Diego, I saw that San Diego airport from my harbor cruise .. 😎👍✈️☀️
I’ll take this bird in an instant.
19:47 I love that take off sound
Thanks for watching my friend!
@@sla31 my pleasure 😉

Lewis. Good views of Fox Island, McNeil Island, Anderson Island, Ketron Island, The Key Peninsula, Harstine Island.
And a fantastic view of Yosemite!

Great view of San Diego.
The best video ever, and this is amazing whoever took that video should receive award!
Great video! The 737 Max is one of my favorite airliners!
Watching these videos are so Relaxing.
Beautiful! Absolutely beautiful gate to gate flight my friend! Thank you for letting us ride along and enjoy the trip with you on the Max! Safe travels my friend and All the Best! Let’s Fly!!!
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching man!
@@sla31, it is always such a pleasure to follow your flights and your experiences along the way. Each adventure is so well put together on all of your trips. I am grateful for your having subscribed to my channel my friend, I wish mine were as great as the ones you produce but, I am only using an iPhone here which has developed an occasional issue with the internal camera mic which I hope my using an external mic may remedy, I’ll have a chance to find out on my next 4 leg trip coming up this Saturday 3/6/21 so I’m crossing my fingers, lol. I am honored truly by your subscribing and I am thankful my friend!
I love alaska both the state and the airline been waiting on this one
I hope you enjoyed it my friend! Thanks for watching!
Another amazing video and amazing quality as always! Thanks for the super quick upload! You’re definitely my favorite aviation UA-camr and I love how your videos are always consistent. I also appreciate how your video isn’t all choppy and edited or overloaded with music ruining all the great sounds of the aircraft. Your videos really feel like I’m on the plane, something I’ve been missing the past year. Keep up the great work!
Thanks my friend! That means a lot to me. I'm glad you enjoy the videos! Thanks for watching!
@@sla31 You’re welcome!
What a spectacular day to fly! I saw Lake Tahoe and Yosemite Valley, then Santa Monica and LAX, then Long Beach, then Mission Beach and an amazing view of San Diego on the downwind leg. Wow! great video.
Awesome video!!! I love that max so much, and it was awesome meeting you too!
It was great to meet you too my friend. It was a great flight, and I hope you enjoyed rewatching it as much as being on it! Thanks for stopping by my friend! Maybe we'll run into each other again in SBA for Southwest's first day of service. Looks like the DEN flight that I'm on will be about an hour after the flight from LAS lands.
@@sla31 yeah I saw that too. I’ll try to stay and your plane land👍
Amazing. I love to follow along with taxi charts as they taxi!
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching!
This is straight out Oscar worthy. So excellent!!!
Another Stellar Max Flight success. Sunrise around the mountains in Seattle was majestic, and the flight path into SAN was cool. Thanks
It was a great and stunning flight. Thanks for watching!
I always look for your 'signature sneakers'. Flawless landing, thank you Sir.
Mike
Hahaha. It's about time I get a new pair. The trip I'm taking this week may be the last for this set of Converse.
Anytime you get to get the hell out of gloomy Seattle and land it sunny San Diego, it's a good day! Nice video.
Thanks for watching my friend!
I thought that was gonna be a really hard landing, pilots proved me wrong !!! Great stuff
Excellent video. One of the best.
Glad you enjoyed it!
I'm currently at work but I watched the first 5 minutes. I'm very excited and once i get home and get settled I will watch the whole thing! 😍😍✈ I will leave another comment once I'm finished!
Awesome my friend! It’s a good one for sure!
The sound of the engines are amazing
My Absolute favorite video of yours. I knew exactly there Locations . Stunning video
I'm glad you enjoyed this one my friend! Thanks for watching!
Welcome Back Max!!! Seattle to San Diego......should be a nice flight........
Brilliant! I hear the ambient engine while doing my schoolwork at home, I miss flying
Interesting to see the flight of the new 737 maxes. Great video
Sure is the quietest Engine I have heard. wow. Great Can not wait to fly the 737 MAX
It really is amazing how quiet the 737 Max is. Thanks for watching!
I wish I would've been on that plane flying into to San Diego. I lived there for 12 yrs. Left in 97.
I miss travelling. Thanks for posting. Awesome video
Aww my yearly trip
Sea-San 💜
Thanks for the video!
Superb and relaxing video !! Many thanks
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching!
Man! What a smooth landing. Those pilots are pretty good!
Being from a small Canadian city, I find the California sea of humanity overwhelming, lol. Thanks for sharing.
It’s crazy isn’t it? Thanks for watching watching!
As always.. great video!!!
Thanks my friend!
Two of my favorite cities
That howl was pretty impressive
A beautiful video. I'm looking forward to more of them.
I’m glad you enjoyed it my friend! Plenty more on the way!
That sunrise and mt. rainier in the background wow and its shadow at 27:40 :)
Thanks for watching my friend!
9:18 It’s rare to see the old livery. I’m surprised they’re still around.
There's quite a few actually.
Wdym? Not rare
I was in DFW about 6 months ago and saw a 757 old American livery.
Great vid so glad there back
Thanks for watching my friend!
2:19:10 nice to see LAX and Santa Monica from above :D
The only thing this fabulous video lacked was screen notes describing points of interest along the way.
The reason I don't do that, because other people have suggested it as well, is because I want my videos to be purely about the aviation. I want it to be as close to you being in that seat as possible. And obviously, you don't have points of interest showing up in your window when flying. Thanks for watching my friend!
Great video as always
Thanks my friend! I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Excelente el video... pocos como este
Plenty to see in this one B, well done! There was a great view of Mt Rainier on your KSEA taxi roll, then what I believe to be Catalina Island off the coast on your initial KSAN approach and then a lovely view of downtown San Diego as well, lovely. Thanks for sharing and kind regards from the UK :-)
This flight was filled with great views from start to finish! Thanks for watching my friend!
Thank you sir for another great report!
Glad you enjoyed it!
I can’t WAIT to fly on one!!!
2:34:40 awesome San Diego view
Landing seemed super smooth
First time seeing the 737 MAX 9, looks cool! 😎
Blade effects are cool.
Nice Video my friend!
Thanks my friend! Much appreciated!
Yeah, that flight certainly was veeery easy on the eyes. ;) And speaking of which, the MAX is lookin' very sharp in that livery, IMO. :)
The Alaska livery definitely suits the Max well. Thanks for watching my friend!
Awesome Flight , Thanks
Thanks for watching my friend!
nice video! I did this same flight in X-Plane 11 but I could only use the default 737 because I cant get my hands on a MAX for the simulator at the moment.
did doug ring the flight attendant bell in the end? i need to know
Wow!!! This was awesome and I totally loved it! I watched this on my tablet for the bigger screen and made it even more exciting! Thank you for sharing this with us as viewers, this is definitely a favorite of mine! 😍😍😍✈
Oh, and did I mention my next trip will be on Alaska Airlines?? 😍 Don't know when it's going to happen but I have everything planned out, if that makes sense lol.
Thank you again for the time you take doing these films. I know it's a lot of work but I know you have fun at the same time! 😁
Is it Southwest that's next for the MAX?
I'm glad you enjoyed it my friend! Yes, Southwest is next (and last in the US) to put the 737 Max back in service. They will do so next week, on March 11th. They have three flights scheduled at the same time that morning. Flight 6001 from DEN-MDW at 7:00am mountain (I will be on this one), flight 6028 from MCI-HOU at 8:00am central, and flight 6008 from BWI-MSY at 9:00am eastern. Of course, with time changes, all three depart at the same time. Since the DEN-MDW flight was given flight number 6001, I chose it since the first time Southwest put the Max into service, the flight number was 1. As I've learned recently, any Southwest 6000 flight number is an "add-on" flight, and wasn't originally part of the schedule when the schedule was released. So, since all of their Max flight have 6000 flight numbers, 6001 is as close as you can get to the original 1.
That was a great vid. Thank you for sharing, and please keep up the good work. Will be supporting you on Patreon, indeed! :D
Thanks for watching my friend! I appreciate every bit of support but I greatly appreciate anyone willing to help support the channel through Patreon!
Nice landing
Thanks for watching my friend!
Love watching take offs and landings in and out of Seattle aka seatac airport... 😏👌✈️
I-Trip Report was sitting in front of ya. I watched his vlog and that guy who was sitting next too him was an ex Boeing employee who worked on the 737NG wings.
2:13 :) nice to see Zack @jfk.spotting be in that flight too.
Omgggggg what an awesome aircraft 🔥🔥🎉🎉
Thanks for watching my friend!
I wanna watch so badly but I have school! The picture in the vid looked sooooooo cool tho!
Well, the good news is that it'll be there when school is over!
@@sla31 same I had to quickly skim through the video and quickly leave for school but I was still the second like
Wow I don’t think I’ve ever seen a max in the Alaska livery. I just hope Delta considers getting one lol. Nice video
Looks great in Alaska's livery, doesn't it? Thanks for watching my friend!
I think delta will get it eventually when the max is more settled.
This was the very first flight for Alaska I believe!
@@jzaviation3032 nah Delta will not get the 737 max. If you look at Delta you can see they haven't made any Boeing orders. Not even the 787. They will buy A220s and the A321 Neo instead.
I don't think there's a more eye-popping landing than SAN.
What we’ve been waiting for 🔥
Ikr me too
Thanks for watching guys!
@@sla31 2:17:00 needs to be in your next channel trailer 🤩
1:37:00 beautiful aerial view of Lake Tahoe :D
I remember flying over it on a united 767 from sfo to ewr, it really gives you a sense of how large it is.
I really wanted to be on this flight but I was busy with school Because I’ve really been wanting to fly on a Max aircraft maybe I’ll be able too when southwest brings it back
There's no way I'll fly a 737 max..
But I love the vid, nice views.
If Boeing says this plane is absolutely safe than it is. The customers and passengers worldwide need two strong rivals offering their products. Only if Boeing gets strong again Airbus can keep it's standard. So welcome back Seattle in the game. 👍
Thanks for watching man!
Where did you purchase this beautiful model of the 737Max with the Alaska livery????
Well it wasn't my model. That was another aviation enthusiast who was on the flight, and I thought it was cool that he was having the crew sign a model of the exact aircraft we were on, so I asked him if I could add it to the video. So, I don't know where he got it exactly, but it was a Skymarks model, and they are easily available at most of the online aircraft model retailers. Just search for Skymarks Alaska 737 Max and a bunch of results from different retailers come up.
That was a nice landing
It was indeed! Thanks for watching!
55:30 awesome peaks mountains as well any names for them
Fantastic.
Thanks for watching my friend!
Beautiful Video! I saw that you got Business class! How did you like it?
It was fine. I don’t think Alaska has the best all around first class, but for a flight from SEA-SAN it was fine.
Finally you got UA-cam to cooperate
Yes! It was a long road, but we made it! Thanks for watching!
@@sla31 is Alaska going to replace the a320 family with the max
Was that a Australian, British or New Zealand accented flight attendant??? Interesting to hear!!
I Like Alaska Airlines B737-9max
I really miss flying, and San Diego
