i can highly recommend the yt channel of @dasbookbinding i learned most of the craft from him. He is an actual Bookbinder and explains very good and has tons of videos.
Hey, thank you for the kind words! I am back and trying to upload stuff more frequently again! Gonna post next days the designing tutorial than back to the projects.
One of the best rebinding videos I have seen so far. Well done. Looks really amazing. Possible to write in description what products you used to make this book?
I'm so glad I stumbled upon this channel. I've been wanting to do this with my own manga for quite some time. I've never book binded before. all in all the binding process doesn't seem entirely difficult.. im probably wrong.. but what intimidates me more than the binding is the HTV and the designing the covers. Do you design the covers yourself, or do you get them from the Internet? I'm wanting to turn my entire DBZ manga into hardbacks.. and would love some guidance.
@@TheMangaRebinder yunos 4 leaf Grimoire will be great as it is introduced in the early volumes.....and another very cool grimoire belongs to Yami sukehiro
yeah i also liked yunos grimoure the one from asta is pretty lame compared to it. But i dont plan on rebinding a complete set from shonen series cut its way to much time and effort. i want to rebind only volume 1 from longer series@@goldyplays9666
there is already jojo hardcovers which look pretty awesome. Im focusing atm on Manga which doesnt have a nice hardcover. and im not printing manga myself so its hard to create own omnibus editions. im only rebinding stuff which is already out there. but i wanna try at somepoint to fuse 2 singles in a 2in1 at some point
I cant tell tbh since i didnt think about selling that much. But cutting a hole and wrapping the bookcloth arround takes extra time which would increase the pricing.
@@RorschachqpWell if you had a brain, and if you thought about it for 2 seconds, you would’ve been able to figure out that someone who’s rebinding a book doesn’t care about the value of it. I understand that’s a hard concept to understand if you don’t have one and I hope you will be able to get one soon.
Amazing! I love how much detail u put on the cover. The white cover with the black pages looks super cool too xD
yeah the contrast is awesome! Thanks !
How do you work out the dimensions for your cover design? I notice you boarded the cover and spine but there is a margin
I explain it in my tutorial videos. Check out the bewest upload for it :)
Looks like a PS5 😂 but very good
Interesting comparison 😂
That's beautiful , i love hardcovers . You make me wanna buy used anime and supplies and give it second life
Yeah thats the spirit. And obviously the other hand secobd habd books are usually cheaper especially when they are damaged
Amazing!!! Any videos that help you get started in this hobby? Would love to modify some of my manga. Would love to see more from you

Die Netto Zeitungen als Unterlage geben mir Kraft
Jaa so lässt es sich besser arbeiten😂😂
This is amazing! I hope you come back to YT for long format videos, you were a delight to watch!

Glad you like them i just posted a tutorial on both the binding and the cover design check them out :)
Hey can u try doing a black clover rebind ? Like an omnibus take 2 volumes and have the cover look like a grimoire 🤯🤯....the community will go crazy
That sounds actually sick! Black Clover ist on my list. ill be considering that idea!
@@TheMangaRebinder may I share u the grimore I'd like as the 1st cover 🙂

Could you try making a jojos 2n1, a 3n1 or a 4n1 of the Jojoniums? It would look sick

The loss of the black color in dark edition was painful.
Feels Bad
It absolutely destroys the value.
If you say so.
@@TheMangaRebinder I do, and so does all of eBay and Amazon.
Why you watching a video on book reminding of you are just gonna complain
@@VAULT437 I watch a video first, then I know what it's about. That's common sense.
