9:20 It's a tribute to Michael Reeves's goldfish. Michael voices multiple characters in the game including the final boss. There is a way to get Fredrick as a companion (not sure how), with his buff and description being a reference to the video Michael made with him where he bought stocks and made over $1,000.
No sadly Frederick passed away and that's why Aggro Crab put that in the game because Michael Reeves also voices a character in game and he asked if they would give him some sort of tribute. I believe if you interact with the grave you get a fish companion thingy

I think the first sponge bob easter egg might be a double reference, awhile back, a UA-camr named Iron Pineapple played the demo version of this game and the devs responded in the comments so it might be a double reference but I could be wrong.

Something you missed is that the “Little Bro” shell is a reference to Pokemon. It’s the Shellder clanped onto Slowbro’s tail and Slowking’s head.
Also, the Fredrick grave was explained on their Tiktok, and it is a reference to a real life fish.
If you look at the description of the mason jar it says a simple container for storing everything from preserved food to cartoon figurines which if youve been on the Internet long enough you'll understand

#1: Yes, the tape at 0:59 references SpongeBob and more specifically from the episode “The Secret Box” where it was revealed that Patrick had an embarrassing picture of SpongeBob from the XMas Party
#2: There is another reference in the outfits. The maid outfit description is from the beginning of Disney’s The Incredibles
#3: You can find a pizza box that has the face of Peppino from Pizza Tower

The song that plays when you descend the bottom of the drain is an emotional piano cover of crab rave.

There actually is one achievement tied to the gun accessibility option. If you kill any crab enemy with the gun you get an achievement called "This Kills the Crab", which is a reference to an old meme image of someone using scissors to prepare a soft-shell crab for cooking.
There's a funny description in one skill you can obtain called "Dispatch" which it says: "Press (action) button near a Capsized enemy to attack their weakpoint for massive damage".
This is a reference to one of the few infamous lines during Sony's Press Conference of Genji: Days of the Blade at E3 2006.
OH YEAH, the -bob Xmas party tape is a reference to the episode with Patrick’s secret box and what was secretly in it.
The gun shell doesn’t one shot every enemy and boss in the game.
Any of the husk enemies (including the Bleached King) technically aren’t killed in one shot due to the molting mechanic.
The hermit crab enemies can take 2 hits to kill due to their shell blocking the damage for one hit.
The final enemy that can’t be one shotted by the gun (that actually counts as not being one shotted) is the crab trap boss due to the multiple points on its body having a limited health making it so you have to damage all of them to kill the boss.

8:52 I can't confirm if yours is a reference to Crab Rave, but in the semi-final boss arena before you go fight the final boss, you can hear a sound-alike track called Crab Grave, which is a somber take on the same leitmotif. The creators of Another Crab's Treasure (Aggrocrab on UA-cam) have published the songs on UA-cam in roughly chronological order, meaning finding their channel can allow you to listen to the song in isolation if you don't want to boot up the game to find the easter egg.

Been waiting to find an Easter egg or this may be a video game detail to comment. In FONV there’s a ghoul named “Beatrix Russell” there’s a dialog option “Got any advise to share?” If you press it it’s not highlighted anymore, meaning you exhausted that option, but if you keep pressing it new dialogue options pop up the more you press it. Thought it was pretty cool 😂
There’s also an Elden Ring reference (I think) at the end of the game when you climb the huge stairway and have to kill two of the captain of the guards enemies. It’s exactly like the entrance to Lyndell Royal Capitol in Elden Ring where the two Tree Sentinels are.

Hi, so the Fredrick grave is for the stowaway, Fredrick. The description is " The soul of a financially savvy fish". Also, there may be a reference to hollow knight when you examine the Rusty nail stowaway. It reads, "A sharp, corroded blade more fit for an insect than a crab"

One of the songs in the game is called Crab Grave and is a slowed down and more sad version of the Crab Rave meme.
In the Area before the Praya Dubia Boss, there's a slow version of Crab Rave playing as the BGM.

Now IDK if you already covered it but the Touhou Fan game “ touhou mystia's izakaya” which recently was ported to the Switch there are two definite references in that game. Spoiler warned but after beating the main game Yuyuko(the unfortunate victim in a whole mess that’s slowly pieced together in the DLC’s she’s will remake that “Sparrows are too boney” which is a reference to her dialogue in Imperishable night where she says the same thing to Mystia… the other reference in the DLC 3 specifically the Garden of Sun area. One of the NPCs will remark that she rumors that combining two mushrooms and a Lilly of the Valley will result in the creation of a Suspicious Stew… obviously referencing Minecraft
Oh one more reference. Marisa(a special guest) when requesting a Japanese dish will remark something along times of she had Japanese food so often it be easier for her to remember how many slices of beard she’s eaten in her life… this references the boss exchange between Her and Remilia in Embodment of Scarlet Devil(the first game in the windows era)
Oh and there’s also the anime equivalent of the overused Easter Egg in that game… in DLC 4’s other area “The Shinning Needle Castle” maxing out your friendship with Seija will give you a delinquent themed outfit(which just so happens to look like the outfit of a JOJO character… and Mystia even strikes a very Jojo-esque pose with the outfit equipped)

Regarding the point regarding the gun and achievements, it is a peculiar gatekeepy attitude that "the gamers" seem to have that if you don't accomplish the task in "the right way", you don't deserve the achievements for some reason.
Just let people enjoy the game the way they want to enjoy the game. If you don't need the gun, good for you. Someone else needing it impacts you not at all, and if you somehow feel your accomplishments are reduced or cheapened by someone else needing an assist, maybe go outside and touch some grass.
I am not trying to sound rude in saying this, just point out a few things:
To start by the very definition of the word an achievement is a thing done successfully, typically by effort, courage, or skill.
The gun is granted because of a lack of skill despite the efforts. To net the same achievements because you're given a op weapon...well forgive me for using real life events, when the doping scandal was revealed in the Olympics or tour de France do those who won while taking the performance enhancement drugs deserve to keep the awards of their "achievements"?
Also your second statement negates everything in the first. They can still enjoy the game with the assist of the gun just fine, but if they feel entitled to the achievements as those who play without shouldn't they be the ones who go out and touch grass.
Btw before you try to counter I've been out for 4 days visiting people, attending events, a concert, etc, I've touched grass and smelled the flowers (my allergies are kicking my ass for the latter).

I suppose it does depend on how you view the achievements. From where I sit, they are an indicator of your progression in the game. A record that you successfully defeated x boss, visited y place, found z thing. Nothing in that achievement title says "without assistance".
This does mean that using doping in Tour De France as an example of why achievements with assistance is bad does not resonate with me. Sticking with the sporting theme, I see it more as the Olympics vs the Special Olympics. If someone wins a gold medal in the Olympics, is their medal devalued because someone in the special Olympics also won a gold medal?
I do not believe so, and I feel video game achievements are the same, only way down on the scale of importance. Perhaps the person playing has a physical or mental disadvantage, perhaps they are a child and still developing the skills, perhaps they are just playing for fun, whatever the reason, your achievement playing without the assist is not devalued by theirs with the assist. You general, not you specific.
Anyone who feels entitled to achievements, using assistance or not, I feel is perhaps missing the point of video games. But, who am I to tell someone how to enjoy their time with the game.
I am sorry to hear your allergies are flaring up. I hope that you have the means for relief on hand, and that the time with friends and at the concert was well worth the discomfort.
