I stayed at Slauterhouse Brewery, a Harvest Hosts, on my way up to Oshkosh Wisconsin. Interviewed Alex and had great beer! They have bourbon too!

It is! The only issue I had was there was a train track nearby, so you have to deal with that noise. It seemed to end around 11 pm or so.
