Hello, how to NOT SHOW editor after I topped recorder in Camtasia 2021?
I could do settings on Legacy recorder, but I want to use the new recorder in Camtasia 2021 and I want to NOT SHOW the editor after the recording stops.

Hi, i use camtasia2019,and tried to record screen for 20minutes while playing a video, and the .trec file is large as 20 GB? Not sure if i missed anything

I tried to record a video with my mic on, whenever I was speaking the voice is totally distorted; when I recorded another video with mic off the recording is fine. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Hmm, still favoring Logitech Capture for it's simplicity. Why are the capture boxes so small? I guess we have to set up our camera shot and settings in a different program? And then how do we change the sizes of the two videos after they are captured? He never talked about the effects he used in this actual video, that is, increasing the size of his camera video, then panning back to the screen capture.

I use a lavalier mic and make sure the environment is sound treated (rug, soft sound absorbing objects.) Afterwards I use minor editing to tidy up the sound. Can Camtasia record more than one screen?
Can it record the screen the mouse is on, and switch screens if my mouse moves to a second screen?
Unfortunately not, Camtasia will keep recording the exact region you've defined at the beginning (or the whole screen) but will not follow the mouse cursor across screens.

How do I edit where the recording location?
You can do that in the updated 2021 recorder now. This was not available at the time of the recording of this video but in the latest updates, Techsmith has restored some functionality. The Camtasia 2021 recorder now has a Tools option to allow some settings and preferences. Hope this helps.
What if I install it on my pc then change pc later ? I’m thinking of buying it but I’m afraid bcoz I’m might buy a new laptop in 6 months.
As I understand the licence terms for Camtasia, you are allowed to have 2 copies running at any one time. One for your work place and one for home.
Best to contact a re-seller or TechSmith directly. Don't hesitate as Camtasia is the programme to use!

What do I do if I have talking head footage at 24fps and a screen recording at 30fps, can I render this in the same video, and if not, what do I do?
When you bring the footage into camtasia, it will prompt you to automatically co vertical the project to match the fps or leave it at the set default. I've combined many 60fps and 30fps tracks with no issues.
@@FlippedClassroomTutorials so in essence you have a 30fps timeline and you convert all 60fps clips to 30fps, is that correct?

i notice you cant make it record in 60fps anymore? i could do that in 2020
Camtasia uses vfr (Variable frame rate recording) You can still use the project settings to change the project to 60 fps. Hope this helps.

Camtasia is not a free program. I have been using it for many years and it is well worth it. The information and a discount code is linked in the description. If This is not an option I have some video on free screen recorders as well, however when it comes to features Camtasia will have many more.
