7 months ago I made a video on Lionmaker studios
upon seeing the video I made on him lionmaker requested an interview with me
though I agreed, he later changed his mind and decided not to go through with it
now over a year later he has once again requested an interview with me
this is that interview
due to the subject matter this is an incredibly serious interview though I am for the most part a comedy channel this video is an exception
though I normally hide behind satire you will find no jokes here
it should be noted that I am not a professional and this is actually my first ever time interviewing someone one on one
the interview is raw and for the most part entirely uncut, I have chosen to do this for obvious reasons
there are only four parts of the video that were cut
the set-up and introduction
a bathroom break
and two occasions in which we both tried to locate a screenshot
both parties have agreed to these cuts
due to the fact this video is uncut there are some parts that drag on a little and might seem uninteresting
the interview was filmed in skype by an agreed upon third party [tommy c, shot from the point]
everything we talk about, screenshots used and nearly all the background for the Lionmaker story will be listed in the description

Yeah, but then what? He's guilty and doesn't want to admit it. So he can say is fucked up but then immediately be confronted with even he himself agreeing that he did something fucked up, or he can deflect and dodge. Which is what he did. There was no right answer other than confessing. And for him, I'm assuming that was not an option.

To this day, this is one of the greatest interviews on this platform. Colossal not only conducted himself professionally but also asked all the right questions and never at any point let Lionmaker avoid a single question. This is how you handle an interview.

Agreed. Lion was sadly unintelligible in comparison. He wanted colossal to "let him speak" but he kept dancing around the main points, he provides little evidence to clear his name. His answers are vague... Lionmaker is pretty dumb. He had ample time to properly defend himself, but he screwed up

The inability to reply with a yes or a no is the hallmark of a liar. The leading questions are 👌.
More specifically, like Colossal says, a manipulator. A liar says yes when the true answer is no, and vice versa. The seasoned manipulator just talks and talks as you quietly hang yourself out of sheer frustration.

There’s a lot about Colossal’s character and personality that I appreciate, he’s someone I think of as a chill dude.I still have no idea how he was so chill and generally calm throughout this entire thing, no idea. The professionalism, the overall calm and generalized sense of control over the situation, even in the moments where Colossal seems frustrated or bewildered by the mess he’s been presented, he’s still so calm and that’s something I’m genuinely in awe of.
There’s no way in hell I’d be able to stay even a fraction as calm as Colossal is acting in this situation, especially with the obvious question dodging and random things lion is presenting to try and throw the interview off. I would’ve thrown my hands into the air and cursed up a physical storm about 15 minutes in, kudos clown.

Also, I think it's pretty incriminating on its own that this guy is friends with and regularly speaks to people who are 15-16 years of age. I myself am 22 and find it weird to befriend anyone under 18. This is just from my own perspective. 9:06 is a prime example of Lion accidentally revealing his disgustingness while trying to appear like a respectable, innocent person. I think he had something of a convincing defense for describing the relationship as intimate in a vacuum - the word is often used among friends - but by very hesitantly answering whether the relationship was romantic, it immediately becomes clear that his entire plan was to answer indirectly and dodge questions in an attempt to gain sympathy. If his moral compass was right, he'd automatically deny the relationship was romantic. Colossal is right, Lion is a very smart man, but just like a robot, intelligence alone isn't enough to replicate humanity. Props to Colossal for conducting the interview so well; he spoke to Lion like he was an equal being accused. In another world where he was speaking to an innocent man, this gives the innocent man the ability to defend himself and keeps things civil, but it also gave Lion the rope to hang himself with.
The last line was a bar, ngl.

The high pitched voice, the fact he almost begs when he says “Colossal”... it’s awkward to watch these people. All show the same traits of delusion & seem willing to take crazy risks. Great interview, probably the longest UA-cam video I’ve watched without loosing interest (or the will to live in some cases).

I love this interview even though it can be incredibly frustrating at times. It shows how profoundly narcissistic Lionmaker is, being that he says he feels he got the closure he needed at the end.
