I have some dry and light colored inks that do better in a medium nib (though I prefer a fine/ extra fine nib). I also noticed that my more shading/ sheening inks just look better in a medium or broad nib.

Some inks just need a broader nib to show their true colors. I will look into the Diplomat Green - thanks.
