My Spidersona would be a Spider-Man that also has Daredevil's radar ability. It may seem redundant, but the combination of spidey sense and radar sense would enable him to pinpoint danger without even seeing it. Since Daredevil and Spiderman have radiation based powers, the modified origin could involve a different spider biting Peter. This spider would be one that had been exposed to the same chemicals as Daredevil and the other things. It would be a hybrid. Or you could say Daredevil gave Spider-Man a blood transfusion and the different radioactive blood types mixed, causing spectacular results.
Id rather not have someones wet dream on paper. Give me a character with depth and a more cohesive backstory than "I have all the powers and no one can defeat me."
"Spider-Totem" powersets are a top 5 powerset in all of comics. Peter Benjamin Parker may not have the best powerset of the "Spider-Totems" but the original Peter Parker is the best Spidey.

My Spidersona:Creed Spider(Spider-Man and Assasins creed) Version of Spidey who is apart of the assasins brotherhood that has other marvel heroes as assassins and their enemies as templars. He gets bitten by a radioactive spider to receive his powers as part of his initiation in to the brotherhood and the brotherhood trains him.This spidey’s assassin outfit has the comic black suit color scheme and its spider symbols and white squares on the back of the gloves.
i've been coming up with alot of ideas for superheroes and other fictional characters as what i like to call "internal fiction" for an allohistorical universe i've been developing (originally to make it seem more real but now i just have alot of fun with it :) ) and most of them are supposed to be alternate equivalents to real-world fictional characters but, oddly enough, i don't have one for Spider-Man yet :P i think the closest i've gotten is a character called Wing Woman in that her powers come from a cape which i eventually decided is actually a fabric-like alien similar to a symbiote (combined with Doctor Strange's cloak :P )
