You know, there’s something to say about SpongeBob’s good nature when, even at his absolute boiling point, it never occurs to him that he should kick Squidward out. He’d rather physically assault his employer than leave someone homeless.
There is an episode where Mr. Krabs loses it over his first dollar called "Wet Painters". There is also another episode where he loses it over his millionth dollar called "Clams".
I can totally relate to this episode. I had a friend, he got laid off from his job, so he stayed with me. But he had to pay rent for me to let him stay there. Not only did he not do that, but he ate my food, broke something of mine, and almost got me evicted. I can't explain the details right now, but the point is, I was in the same boat as Spongebob, and it wasn't pretty.
This is one of my favorite episodes. You really see how mean squidward can get but also see how angry spongebob gets when he gets taken advantage of. Definitely a different relationship for both of them. Good times.
Classic SpongeBob. Got to love his work ethic, positive attitude, and how much he cares for Squidward. I definitely wouldn't want breakfast in bed because of the whole mess issue.

nice, another classic from season 3! I find it very funny how Squidward doesn't want to be a burden to Spongebob at first, only to then take advantage of him for several months. I'm just wondering, how does Spongebob even do his job in the Krusty Krab? Unfortunately, you don't find out anything about this as soon as Squidward is with him.
"You know why? Because when I need a JOB done I get somone with a JOB to do that JOB!"- one of my favorite SpongeBob quotes next to "SpongeBob! We're not cavemen! We have technology! *Proceeds to destroy the technology in question* "
Wish modern SpongeBob would focus more on those funny clever quotes instead of just focusing more on slapstick because those funny quotes are one of the reasons why Classic SpongeBob was so good and funny at the same time!
I remember this episode, one of my favorites. This episode can be sumed up with this quote: "There are three things all wise men fear: the sea in storm, a night with no moon, and the anger of a gentle man." A lesson Squidward and Mr. Krabs certainly leaned today.
I would recommend the „Nasty Patty“ episode (Season 3, episode 44a). It’s my favorite that I still rewatch as an adult, despite its name it’s not disgusting in the least. The premise is that SpongeBob and Mr. Krabs think that they killed a health inspector by mistake, I promise it’s a hilarious episode.
I'm suprised Mr. Krabs didn't take advantage of the physical attacks he suffered this episode to sue Spongebob and Squidward for all the money they have.
That wouldn’t work because if he does sue, other people wouldn’t agree to work for him for whatever he’s paying them. He also tried hiring teenagers, and found them to be annoying.
Since you mentioned how some businesses save their first dollar, you might be interested to know there’s a SpongeBob episode involving Mr. Krabs’s first dollar. The episode is “Wet Painter” and it’s a classic
Fun fact (Or not depending on your PoV): I was in the hospital one time because i had a shunt malfunction because I'm duel shunted, after i was released i got tickets to a Vikings game i even got an autographed football signed by every member. According to the page for this episode on TV Tropes; there are Aesops from SpongeBob, Squidward and Mr. Krabs: 1.) With regards to SpongeBob, we can learn that the boss is not always right; regardless of how happy we are in our jobs. We can also learn that while it's all well and good to help someone we should get a good measurement of their character beforehand. Another lesson learned from SpongeBob is that while you can help someone; set limits. 2.) With regards to Squidward; we can learn that people who are in a difficult situation need to be able to work their way out of it on their own, not have other people doing it for them. Another lesson from Squidward is that while quitting a job because of unfair treatment is perfectly understandable; make sure you have another job lined up before quitting your old one. 3.) With regards to Mr. Krabs; the lesson is to never become overly attached to your things and to never throw around unfair accusations.
@SchoolPrincipalReacts also unrelated to the video but recently Tom Kenny who voices SpongeBob confirmed the character has autism and I think that's awesome
Whoa, I didn't think about how the episode starts with them counting things they care about. (Mr. Krabs counting money, SpongeBob counting his work, and Squidward counting himself.)
One of the few episodes where SpongeBob actually gets mad at Squidward. Usually he's quite patient, and sometimes is sad, but this episode really shows that the fact that he's able to smash the bed through his house and strangle Mr. Krabs through his shell means he's had it.
It's great going back to this episode, I love seeing SpongeBob so angry and annoyed. They really flanderized the characters. So it's funny and relieving to give them different emotions and not just a one note or one dimensional character. And SpongeBob was so nice at first, taking in Squidward when he was homeless, letting him sleep in his bed, while SpongeBob slept on the couch, breakfast in bed. He was happy to help, and then he wasn't. Later seasons would have SpongeBob be way too obsessivly happy and would not be able to take a hint at all, even if Squidward was miserable and running and fearing for his life. Here it's just SpongeBob doing the right thing and being nice, until he had enough and even becomes a little passive aggressive.
In terms of flanderized modern Spongebob being angry for the wrong reasons, Breath of Fresh Squidward tops at being the worst, Driven to Tears is a close second.
Mr. Krabs' first dime was based on something called a Rai Stone, a highly treasured artifact from the Yap island of Micronesia. These stones are considered currency there, with some being up to 12 feet tall. As a kid, I thought it was something like an old wheel.
This is such a relatable episode. From Squidward wanting ample time finding an aspiring job only to become careless later on, and SpongeBob babysitting him and becoming reasonably fed up with Squidward's lazy behavior.
Okay, so about the whole breakfast in bed thing. You would normally have a trey placed in front of you. It wouldn't be like in this episode with food just placed all over the bed. And most adults, if they have a trey and not so much food, they wouldn't spill their food in bed.
Can’t think of the title but the one episode where SpongeBob and Patrick are parents to a baby scallop. Great lesson on what not to do in FACS class for child development!
14:09 As someone who LOVES a nice glass of lemonade more than any other drink I've ever had, if I were Spongebob I would just say "Okay, but don't say I didn't warn you" drink it right in front of Squidward.
Oh, and I forgot to mention, the title "Can You Spare A Dime" is a reference to a FANTASTIC song from the Great Depression (and a standard from the Great American Songbook) "Brother, Can You Spare A Dime". It was performed beautifully in records by the great vocalists Bing Crosby (ua-cam.com/video/7jQTWS26BVA/v-deo.html) and Rudy Vallee (ua-cam.com/video/Ps9uCQ8VC9o/v-deo.html), and a great piano roll performance by Adam Carroll (ua-cam.com/video/jQhILbpFc7c/v-deo.html) influenced piano arrangements I wrote of songs such as "Georgia On My Mind".
My two favorite lines in this episode, SpongeBob angrily saying " That's two things in this house that won't work!" and breaking the glass with his hand. And "Donate to the children's charity? What have children ever done for me?" Is such a funny, mean spirited line. A lot of the lines are great in this episode.
This episode was truly something special, the first time the roles were reversed with Squidward getting on SpongeBob’s nerves instead of the other way around

think you should watch Squidville, its an episode were squidward moves away after finally having enough with spodge bob, and moves out but ends up start missing him
The Spongebob episode "Snooze You Loose" from Season 10 is one I recommend. In the episode, Squidward becomes unable to sleep before a music audition the following day. However, when squidward finally goes to sleep, Spongebob and Patrick are unable to wake him up, so the climb inside him and take control of his body( even at the audition 😅)
@SchoolPrincipalReacts Yep, that was a scene from the episode "Snooze You Loose " from Season 10 (one of the later seasons) its pretty funny, I recommend it to you for a future React and publish(when you put it on the list)
My theory is that Nosferatu was actually responsible for taking the dime out of the register and placing it into Mr. Krabs' pants without Krabs noticing. As seen in the Graveyard Shift episode, Nosferatu has a behavior for undetected mischief in the Krusty Krab by flickering the lights on and off. He's willing and capable of tampering with that dime.
I recommend the Spongebob squarepants episode "SB-129" from season 1. You will love it Mr Brandon. It's a wild episode where Squidward tries to look for a place to be alone and away from Spongebob and Patrick, but when he ends up hiding in the Krusty krab Freezer, he ends up being stuck in there for 2,000 years and ends ups in the future when everything is chrome, he uses a time machine to travel back to his original timeline and goes through a few timelines(and meets a prehistoric version of Spongebob and Patrick 😅) to get back home.
One reason why I like this episode is because it shows that you don't have to be a doormat to be a nice person. SpongeBob does eventually kick Squidward out for taking advantage of him (but not without getting him his old job back first), and he even stands up to Mr. Krabs and calls him out for the silly feud he had with Squidward.
I forgot about the "We're brothers but closer" part until like 2 seconds before it happened. Great reaction haha. I would 100% do breakfast in bed, but only if it was the same morning we'd be changing sheets for cleaning anyway. I cannot sleep with crumbs, so make it a "2 birds one stone" deal.
The Spongebob episode "Smooth Jazz at Bikini bottom "(season 8) is a very Jazzy and musical episode. Spongebob and Squidward go to a concert that will star a famous Clarinet Jazz Playing Octopus named Kelpy G, who is Squidward's biggest fan, the concert is attended mostly by Squidward's own kind.
@SchoolPrincipalReacts A scene from that episode was shown in your Squidward Clarinet solo video . There was an octopus(Kelpy G) with a Jazz Clarinet sliding down the looped rail of a giant Clarinet on stage and does a flip in mid water/air before making a perfect landing on stage and smoothly stands up by bringing his legs/tentacles together. The crowd was full of Squidward's own kind.
Thats spongebobs character he refuses to not see good in anyone and in the movie plankton goes as close as a children’s movie will allow to attempting to have him MURDERED
The Spongebob episode "The Night Patty " from Season 11 is one you will find Over-the-top, zany, and interesting. Patrick takes Spongebob to the Krusty krab during a night shift to discover its occupied with deep-sea creatures that visit the restaurant that hour and Patrick is very popular with the creatures from the deep eating at the Krusty krab at night. The episode has some pretty cool looking characters Mr Brandon ,and its also Crazy too 🤪😅
Its so rare for spongebob to get angry, so you know taking care of Squidward mustve been a frustrating experience if it caused spongebob to react that badly
This epsiode is a mix of frustration and catharsis for anyone who has a friend or family member like this. There are two relatives of mine who will NEVER know where I live because they're freeloaders who think "family" means they get to take advantage of people. Spongebob learned the hard way that you just need to say "no" sometimes...
@@faharichesimet4344 For me the episode just shows how brainless the writers are. The plot is so stupid, like how isn't mr krabs aware of the fact that he NEEDS spongebob? The fact that his first dime is a Yap Stone which are made to be very hard to steal make this episode better
I completely understand!😂
In the German dub of this episode; Squidward's voice actor simply gasped in horror because he was too shocked to scream.
The Spongebob episode "Lost and Found " from season 10 is a pretty unexpected adventure you will find interesting Mr Brandon
Thanks!
@SchoolPrincipalReacts Your welcome 🙏 The episode is paired with "The Getaway" which you reacted to.
Thanks
@@SchoolPrincipalReacts No Problem Mr Brandon, I am looking forward to a reaction to it in the future 😊
Been waiting for this one since I saw it in the polls! Thank you!
Glad you enjoyed it! 😎👍
It may not be a school related episode, but I highly recommend the episode "SB-128" as it focuses on Squidward, and his clarinet.
I actually recently made this video, but it is waiting for editing. Thanks so much for the suggestion! 🙂
oh i’m glad you watched one of my recommendations! now im waiting for “squid on strike” that deals with a similar theme
Got it!
The episode has some pretty cool looking characters Mr Brandon ,and its also Crazy too 🤪😅
Thanks!
@SchoolPrincipalReacts Your welcome, you won't regret it, you will get some good laughs 😆 🤣 from it.
Its so rare for spongebob to get angry, so you know taking care of Squidward mustve been a frustrating experience if it caused spongebob to react that badly
Yes 😂
This is definitely one of my favorite episodes
This epsiode is a mix of frustration and catharsis for anyone who has a friend or family member like this. There are two relatives of mine who will NEVER know where I live because they're freeloaders who think "family" means they get to take advantage of people. Spongebob learned the hard way that you just need to say "no" sometimes...
"Spongebob, You're Fired "( Season 9) is very good Mr Brandon, you will like it.
No its not. It's actually one of the worst episodes they've ever made.
@korkenzieher what's bad about it? Because Mr Krabs and Squidward learn how important Spongebob is to the Krusty krab in the end, and it is funny.
@korkenzieher The episode teaches that we are all apart of something and we are important,(showing how Spongebob is important to the Krusty krab)
@@faharichesimet4344 For me the episode just shows how brainless the writers are. The plot is so stupid, like how isn't mr krabs aware of the fact that he NEEDS spongebob? We had this in several episodes before and the reason he fires spongebob is just so ridicilous, doesn't make any sense at all. The episode didn't make me laugh one single time either, it's just sad to see what happened to this beautiful show :/
@korkenzieher Okay, That does make sense🤔 , I can respect your opinion.
I’m so sorry for being over an hour late for this video 😭
Hi,Brandon! I hope you’re having an amazing day! Thank you for these reactions, this is my favorite series you’ve been reacting to! SpongeBob is so silly, but I appreciate you as an educator and administrator giving it attention!
There is no such thing as being late 👍
Thanks for watching! 😎👍

@@thomasperkins6879 Aren’t you forgetting Krusty Love?
SpongeBob snapped in this one, I love it😂😂
18:30 It would be funny if Mr. Krabs would do the same thing as Squidward after this other argument.
The spongebob squarepants episode " Girls Night Out" (season 11) has some little lore revolving around Mrs Puff and its a funny episode centering around Sandy, Karen, and Mrs Puff hanging out as "Gal Pals" and pulling a few pranks 😅😂. ( on Mr Krabs, Plankton, and Spongebob)
Thanks!
@SchoolPrincipalReacts Your welcome, you will enjoy it. You will get some good laughs out of its zany humor 🤣 and funny sneaky faces 😄 😆. The Episode really puts Mrs Puff ,Karen ,and Sandy front and center in that Episode.
Would love to see you react to mid life crustacean, I think you would enjoy that episode
Thanks!
Your content is great! bet the students at your school absolutely love you. And that’s coming from someone who’s going into his sophomore year in high school and is NOT looking forward to it!!
Thanks!!! Best of luck this year! 👍
2:09 Mr. Krabs in fact does have his first one dollar bill framed up in his house. There's a whole episode of SpongeBob based on that called "we painters" it would be fun to watch you react to that one.
Thanks
@@SchoolPrincipalReacts the episode is called "wet painters not "we painters" my apologies lol
Love ur videos bro keep it up love all of them :D
Thanks
@@SchoolPrincipalReacts np frs
I love SpongeBob ❤❤❤
cause you and me..... we're like brothers
only.....
CLOSER.....
You know sometimes in life you can't be nice all the time because people we'll find a way to take advantage of you
Please watch “Wet Painters”
It is the episode that is paired with “The Krusty Krab Training Video”
Thanks
I've seen a version of this episode on UA-cam with lego characters, its so funny
13:12 is the funniest time card of the whole series! I laughed really hard the first time I saw that!
Yes lol 😂
Ill be honest squidward treating spongebob like that is how it is working in a nursing home
Wow 😮
Wasn’t there a similar joke about the dime being huge from Ducktales?
I can’t remember although I eagerly waited at 4pm for DuckTales to come on every day.
SpongeBob is so scary when he’s angry!
Yes! Although it takes a lot to push him to that point.
4:19 I had a teacher who quit in the middle of the semester during Foods class, hehe fell behindable
Wow 😮
The Sponge Squarepants episode "Mind The Gap" from Season 12 is a funny and Jazzy episode Mr Brandon.
Thanks
@SchoolPrincipalReacts Your welcome again Mr Brandon. There was a scene from that episode that also appeared in your Clarinet solo video by Squidward, he was on-stage in a cool club 😎 playing the Clarinet awfully 😅
Besides the grounds you nemned, breakfast in bed is also disgustful, because it hints at eating without first sweeping your teeth.
6:18 Maybe he was switched with the prince at birth?
(Anyone's who's seen Gilbert & Sullivan's _The Gondoliers_ will get it.)
We need the spongebob squarepants movie 2004 reaction everyone would love to see!
Okay 👍 thanks
You’re the best reactor!
Wow this is the ultimate compliment!
This episode in serbian dub is very funny when squidward says can you spare a dime
🇷🇸 👍
Classic episode! Also how does a dime like that fit into the back of their register?
Also I've always wanted to be a football playing king in space with a mustache!
Lol 😂 yes, I was also wondering how the dime would fit.
Thanks for the video and we are like bothers but closer
2:05 that reminds me, you should watch Wet Painters, it's maybe the funniest episode in the whole show
Thanks!
