You can also taxi over to a fuel station and a fuel option window should open and you can fuel up from there.When you land and receive taxi instructions from ATC,as long as you are accurate enough in your parking,you can open the comms window and choose (usually) option 3 and ask for a fuel truck and wait for it to arrive.Once it has stopped a fuel window will open and you choose your fuel amount from there,it is buggy though just as it is in 2020................................
I appreciate that they followed the logical "if it's not broke, add more features" philosophy on the new W&B and Fuel pages. Good thing there's no tutorial on how to do this and that they can rely on people like you Mark!

Now, if you can just explain why condition levers don't work in the 408 and SAAB 340, or why my MSFS2020 ported aircraft keep disappearing from the Library and have to be reenabled, I'd be happy! Where's that fuel coming from in the desert? Add fuel? Me? Naaaa. In the RAF, there are Ground Crew to do that. ( Also walkround ). They have a bowser. The Grob 115 is half full for flights. That can get me from St. Mawgam to Lossiemouth. Neither of those Stations is in my area, so half loaded is enough. Valley to Honington is the furthest, and that's about a quarter of a full load. Refueling an aircraft is called 'Lifting fuel'. When I started MSFS2020 in 2020, I would take a note of the fuel at the end of a flight. The 'fuel load' was adjusted to this at the next flight. When I needed fuel, I would ( imaginary ) call Ground Services for their bowser to lift some fuel.
search controls for "add fuel" & make a keybind. It will add 25% with each press. Comes in handy during a mission if you don't have enough to complete it. Along those lines, you can fill your tanks after landing before shutdown, choose another mission with the same plane, & sell back all your fuel prior to starting. Use "add fuel" to fill 'er up, rinse & repeat. My cargo 172 gets me about 4000 free credits per mission. With all the bugs & issues, I'll take all the free money I can get.

3rd option is to add keyboard hotkey to "ADD FUEL QUANTITY" in controls menu. (alt+ctrl+Lshift+f worked for me)
