Beautiful home I love the pull out drawers in the kitchen an soft close cabinet doors, that makes such a difference compared to the others that don’t have them.. the whole over all design is absolutely beautiful..

love the elderly parent suite on first floor and the upstairs jack. and jill bath layout, never saw that layout before and it looks like it would work out great. glad you pointed out the pantry can be divided from the utility room, while still having an oversized pantry!. thanks for showing
I’m so happy that you are showing a Schumacher Home… I’ve missed them. This home is beautiful, but it really doesn’t come close to the Olivia , in my opinion. Thank you Timothy and Jenn for all the travel’s and hard work finding and setting up the booking’s for all the beautiful homes that we can enjoy.

Loved this home. The 1st floor floor plan didn't exactly match but no biggie! Would definitely add a wood burning fireplace. Personally, I don't like that much 'window' in my bedroom. I would probably leave out the middle window but overall, it's a beautiful home! Great job. I really enjoying watching you and listening to your soothing voice. Great job!

This is an amazing home, I love it !
They are my FAVORITE builders, I love all of their homes. I did not see a fireplace, nor a microwave but I am sure they can be added. It is Not a deal breaker with me.
Tim when you walked in that pantry and main bedroom, I almost passed out.
Now the Jr suite is lovely as well.
The price is high, but the quality and beauty makes it worth while. I have yet to see a home built by them that I did not like.

I’m catching up on older shows and like the house. Those big trusses are beautiful but who will be cleaning them??? And, just an aside, being from the northern tier of the country with our oftentimes severe thunderstorms, I will never live in a home without a basement!! Love your presentations and the family stories. Keep up the fun and informative series!!

Hi Tim! I love this home!!! So glad to see a gas stove but what happened to the fireplace??? A home at this price and size should definitely have a fireplace….. glad to see the lack of carpet too!!! Beautiful home missing a fireplace but I know I could add it, the only swap I immediately thought of was that powder room/half bathroom. Seems I would maybe prefer the toilet where they have the sink at the end and the sink in the larger space up by the door. Wonder if that's a option? I really like that front Junior sweet as I think you called it, would love that as my guest sweet. And love that formal dining room. Can't believe those floors are vinyl plank, they are beautiful and before you said vinyl I commented how much I liked the flooring and would have sworn they were solid wood floors. That combo Pantry and laundry is different but it's a big room and if I separated them I may want the laundry side to be where the Pantry is so no laundry goes through any part of the kitchen and the pantry to be accessible through the mud room where the garage door is since you come home with the groceries and Park in the garage you come in and you have direct access to the pantry to put the stuff away and I think it's better for cooking at stove or oven the food pantry would be more Centrally located between the 2 points. I'm very surprised that this builder used wire racks in that pantry, that is a definite no go for me.

Gorgeous home, would like to live in that myself, but I can't help but think about having to try to clean those high windows, change light bulbs and all that lofty space to have to dust, and not to mention the cost to heat/cool. It is beautiful though.

Tim I fell in love with this house before you ever went inside.
I was well pleased with it. It would be perfect for me, my momma and my great nephew and niece.
I would be pleased with either the Jr. Suite or the Master Suite.
I would have all my floors be the LVP no carpet anywhere and add a built in microwave, move the sink into the counter with a window and put in a French Door refrigerator with 2 drawers one for cheese and cold cuts. The other a freezer on the bottom.

I'd move the dining room into the 'sun' room area - closer to the kitchen. Doesn't look right being the first thing you see as you walk in the door.
Beautiful outside. I like most of the inside except where the formal dinning room is located. I’m never sure about all the open space. I would make that small living room into a breakfast seating area. It’s not big enough for a big table, so don’t know where a formal table could be put.

Perfect owner’s suite.
Its a nice house and certainly very do-able but I would like more of an entryway instead of walking right into the dining room area. Also I'm not crazy about the laundry room and pantry sharing a room. I wouldn't want added moisture in the pantry. Plus its a nice spot for an additional freezer so it would need a different room for laundry.
Timothy, I have been looking at LVP flooring for my home in Florida for months now, and can't find anything that I like. The floor in this home is beautiful, and is exactly what I've been looking for. Can you please tell me the manufacturer and color of the luxury vinyl flooring in this home? Thanks!
I’d need an actual foyer. The dining room chair is up against the front door. The pantry is awesome!

I really like the layout of the home. I wish the pantry was fully that size and they had another little area set aside for a laundry room. I would love the idea of the pantry being that big and having some extra refrigerator and freezers in there as well. It would be the ideal for people who buy their stuff directly from farmers. Like when you buy a side of beef and a couple of whole pigs, you need space to put it all when you buy your chickens from a farmer it’s not like one or two chickens from the supermarket, you buy 20 or 30 of them. Also, with the pantry being that big, it would be ideal for someone who does their own canning and fermenting? Like the idea of having a gas stove although I don’t think I would like the buttons right up top there it be awkward for cleaning would pick a different gas stove top I guess.
