I love that there is separation between the living room and kitchen
The big drawers are for the good tablecloths, napkins, placemats, etc.
And china
Beautiful!
Nice to see the floor plan back 1:01
Timothy?? This home is OUTRAGEOUS!! I love the way that the exterior looks with the solid black paint and the interior with the large cabinets and big pantry!! From The Living to The Family Room is just awesome!! The Upstairs is cozy and warm!! This is one of your BEST!! Thank You for sharing this masterpiece with us!!
The big basement could be used as a preppers dream room!
Buffet is a good place to store linens.
This just became my dream home.
I like this house. The open shelves by the stove have got to go, need cabinets. The unfinished area of the basement would be great for roller skating and the finished section a really big train layout. Thanks for the tour. 😊😊😊😊
The large drawers in the buffet are perfect for serving trays , chargers, holiday table trimmings, etc.
Timothy, I would put the silverware and napkins in those drawers in the dinning room. I love the color palette in this home especially the flooring in the laundry room.
The office could be a dining room
Oh Tim, I'm so glad you scratched your itch. It has been a while since you toured one of their homes, I love their homes. You truly did save the best for last. I too am a fan of dark colors, the dark exterior, and the interior is gorgeous.
This house is spectacular and spacious. It looks much bigger than what it is. The large foyer, beautiful fireplace, kitchen, that island is huge. The butler pantry, mudroom, and laundry room is perfect. The fireplace looks really good by the staircase.
The built-in buffet/hutch area, and wet bar I love. I would just place extra china in the drawers of the buffet. That office is moody, and I don't mind its location.
I would finish the basement, use the smallest area for storage. And the rest would be an additional bed and bathroom, craft room, movie room, and entertainment room. The bedrooms are a nice size. And I like the fact that each bathroom is different. This house has it all.
Tfs
Love it! This would be perfect for our family of five, if we ever win the lottery that is LOL! I am not crazy about the black exterior, but everything else is awesome!
I’m loving this house! And I was really surprised about the price point! I thought it would be at least 1M 😂
I would use the buffet display for nicer dinnerware - however, one of those deeper drawers would be used for my families water bottles. I know...random - but I think those deeper drawers would be nice for all those items! the other one, likely holiday themed linings/table decor and candles.
My new favorite home, until next week…and then the week after…lol
linen in the drawers and other table accessories
This is probably my favorite so far!
The exterior is so beautiful!!! I love this house!!
Top drawer on the dining buffet for flatware and the other two drawers for the table linens i.e. table cloths and napkins and napkin rings and maybe candles and smaller candle sticks you pick out only for special occasions.
Platters & serveware for the dining room drawers
The buffet in the dining room would work well for your plate chargers. Napkins, napkin rings, your less formal flatware. Coffee/cappuccino station. Actually.. id keep all of that to include coffee in the butler's pantry. I didnt see an office area. Or did i miss it? This built in... pad of paper. Pen/pencil. Paperclips. Batteries. Id use the upper to store family heirloom dinner ware. Anything id use to eat with would be in the butler's pantry formal and casual.
The banquet area with the three large long drawers. I would say you would put napkins and your good flatware. In the second drawer perhaps you can put "k cups" sugar tea bags and the like or table cloths and the coffee/tea stuff in the cupboards beside these drawers.
Once again, a beautiful home. And that 's not a bad price either!! Keep 'em coming, Timothy!!!
I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My favorite parts are the floating shelves throughout the place. I have some ideas for the basement area. I really love the master bathroom and all the bedrooms upstairs.❤❤❤❤❤
Perfect mix of style and comfort!
Love this house! Love the dark colors and everything!
I like this place. I'd make a few changes. Big changes would be in the basement. I'd like to see if I-beam floor trusses could get rid if the steel...I believe if they used 2 x 6 based trusses it could be done and stronger. Maximum ceiling height then with electrical, plumbing, and duct work running through the trusses. Also make it a deeper basement. Make it a walk-out basement and put a Guest Suite down there. Basically a second Master.
Beautiful home! I would have expected a bigger outdoor patio with a fireplace and all the works. I suppose that could all be added on, but for such a luxurious home, that would have been nice to see. 😊
It’s gorgeous!! ❤❤❤
The exterior is beautiful. Love the fact that they continued the stone all the way around. So many times they'll have a little stone in the front for show but cheap out of the sides and back. But it looks so good when they're consistent with the trim. Inside I look for a practical kitchen. I'm older so I like a lot of storage and I want the storage to be easily accessible. I can't manage much stooping and kneeling these days.
Middle burner Ring is for a Wok
Beautiful home
My favorite so far!!!!!!!!
Amazing home Timothy
Love the kitchen! Of course, being me, I'd have to take the sink off the island, LOL. Honestly, with that butler kitchen behind, I'd just have my sink there and call it a day! That study could also be a formal dining room if the home buyer wanted. I would personally lighten up the paint, and that would be my sewing room! With that big window, it would be perfect. Thanks for the tour.
Yay! Bedroom measurements are in this one! 😊
Yay! Finally, not a million dollars, and super nice floor plan.
Fab home! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻
Love it❤
Wondering why you don't tell us the name of the appliances that Diyanni uses? I love Zline appliances. I do love the black board and baton.
Home like this I'd expect full cabinets on either side of the stove not floating shelves
I think the color palate is very masculine. It does match the outside well. Is this a green/grey on the walls? I do like this color. Laundry room downstairs i would have liked to see room for folding/hanging laundry
Answer to your question re. what to use the big drawers underneath the buffet area for: I'd use that area to store my entertaining ware; such as casserole dishes, fine china, silver, precious serveware, etc.
It would be nice to get the dimensions of the butler's pantry next time.
I like it and they used ridged air ducts from the looks of it which is the better option for heating and Air... Basement is wonderful, I can even forgive the I beam floor joists, I prefer overkill 2x6 with chem screws that harden once screwed down and I bean steel that is way overkill without the brace going to the floor. For upstairs I would have the floors over engineered to keep sound down within the house... They did a great job and got me to view it all the way through... you can see the efforts and its done right for that starting price... me possibly spending another 600K on engineering, solar, AV, Lighting upgrades, insulation, vaulted ceilings, steel roof, water based Hepa Filter AC unit, swimming pool, and so on... just wish it was one story but an elevator can be added just got to change the plans a bit... LOL
Lovely place. As a home is one of, if not the greatest investments a person can make in their lifetime, consideration for aging in place is paramount for many of us. I, personally, am a person with a disability now and amenities like a residential elevator in a multi-story home are becoming more of a necessity. Being able to have the privacy and sound proofing I need for a recording studio in a basement, a place for the whole family to play pool, and a private library and study and still be able to enjoy the while home and socialize with friends and family without ambulatory restrictions is really important to me and, I suspect, others. Could we maybe see more of that kind of home?
I don't like the dark exteriors either. I do love the inside, the sense of separation of rooms, and the trim and moulding. Needs an outdoor fireplace though.
every time I see your caption of “my fav layout “ I imagine it’s a house made entirely of spice racks.
Nice house--except I would move the TV to the right. As of now, you would be looking straight up almost to see the TV way up there above the fireplace. Also, get rid of the open-shelving in the kitchen. Too hard to clean! :)
That second story Jack n Jill bathroom I would have a pony wall built between the shower/tub and the toilet.
WOW !!! Love the basement space, but I would have liked for the stairs to basement NOT to be right outside the master bedroom. Would be great if the master had that entire wing of the home to itself.
I need a coffee bar and a great hotel me gym and movie room and lead to the back yard.
Bedroom downstairs would be very nice for guests. Would have liked a nice master on the second. Lower bedroom wasnt as luxurious as id like for my master
In the basement i would put a home theater and a wet bar with snacks
The only thing I would add is at least a powder room downstairs.
Love it! But that tv looks awkward hanging over the fireplace like that. Would probably be better to just sit it on a tv stand or one of the built in counters.
Beautiful home! To start; im loving the foyer! Id have a table of some sort in it. For fresh cut flowers 🥰.
Not feeling the great room too. Too clinical. I do love the kitchen. Flows nicely. Butler's pantry? Sign me up! Nice bonus! Mud room. Off of the garage super bonus! Welcome addition for any climate! Laundry room could use a place to fold and hang. I thought there would be a second laundry room upstairs. A definite must have!!
Dinning room needs to be bigger if there isn't a formal one. The back yard? Ugh. At the very least it needs a larger slab. Better yet a deck if some kind. Give it some character. I understand this is new construction but building a backyard is the last thing anyone wants to do after they've moved. That tiny thin slab of a patio is to slim! You'd have to step over each other to get to your chair. Cringe...
I love the semi open floor plan. Still able to be a part of the action. I love the wall color. Green/gray? Trim is so dark though. I suppose it is possibly the only way you could use this wall color without making it super feminine. I had hoped the bedroom downstairs was for guests if down played a small amount. With a master suite upstairs.
Thus homenwoukd definitely need to have the basement finished for an informal space for tv/mivies/games. Pool table and a bar. A walk out would have sent this one into a more of a favorites category 🥰
Gorgeous home. What's price point?
I am a Builder on Cape Cod Massachusetts, I love this plan. How can i purchase this plan please ?
Do you know the brand and color of the siding?
I'm determined to make this a dream house of mine in Hawaii some day. I would love it if someone could sponsor the whole thing for me!! Just saying!!
👋🏽✌🏽🤙🏽🧸🫂🥰
I wonder if you have a house like this built in a place like Texas where we do not have basements if they knock off 1/3 of the price or if they are greedy and charge you the same amount for less house
The basement can be turn into a MIL suite if not it does need a bathroom down there other than that the house is nice
What’s the width and depth of this plan?
I just don't understand why people would mount a tv so high, hello neck cramps, for optimal viewing the tv should be mounted at eye level when sitting not standing. other than that nice place.
This is a modular home?
This is in Minnesota or Indiana? Sorry it's just bc you said you're on a Minnesota trip.
I didn’t notice a big dining area. Just a breakfast area.
Looks ok but, Bathroom tile not up to the ceiling?? small closets. I guess hence the price...neighbors too close...but okay...small patio too. but okay No wow factor for me. but ok....lol...
I hate that there is no door to the master bedroom suite. Who doesn’t have a door to the bedroom? Just odd. The office is also in a weird spot. Also, I don’t get the butler’s kitchen idea at all. Other than that, I really like the colors and finishes!
where are the doors??
Nice...but for 650k all levels would need to be thoroughly completed.
Lol you don't think this is house is worth 650k!? I got news for ya, it says starts at 650...this one the way it is probably north of 1 million.
And NO wire shelves!
This home deserves at least one acre.😢
For a home of that price I would not want a house right on top on mine. They are too close.
No closet doors 🤷♂️
Exqueeze me? 650K? Even if it were in the worst possible location, how is that possible? I was guessing 2.3MM
What an odd layout. it's like they just drew names out of a hat for where to place rooms. Have fun carrying your laundry to the other end of the house past the kitchen. The office is weirdly tacked on to the dining room, and the master bed is right by the stairs to the basement - which is completely separate from where your kids would be upstairs. Not to mention the open loft for your kids above the living room. It's great design wise though.
Laundry too far from the primary.
beautiful home. Zero privacy though
And built from plywood ? I hope you don't have tornadoes .... At least we build our houses with stone, brick and block in Europe. Skin deep beauty, no substance.
To big for m4
Don't like sink in island like looking out window
floorplans needs moar floorplans!

The outside of the house is amazing which is why I'm sad to say the inside is just God awful, there is zero flow in this house. I'd like to meet the person who thought it'd be a good idea to put columns on a flat wall, there just way to much wrong with this house... But the best part of the house is the office but they over did it with the blacked out look, it was great on the outside of the house... Not só much for the inside. Sorry for being such a Debbie Downer but you have toured way better houses Mr creator.
I really do not understand the houses painting the outside black 🙈 modern, they want to be different? 🥴 even inside, never. Old designer here 😏 - and won’t talk about the so many “shoe-boxes” architecture out there. It’s sad! 😔 No imagination whatsoever! LOVE the show though! Thanks 👏👍
Hate exterior color
its 2024 these light switches and outlet styles have no business in newly built homes
the TV over the fireplace. KILLING ME. DO BETTER.
Nothing in this house that stood out for me. Layout was odd. Interior design was strange. It’s a no for me dawg
Not of fan of this house. Cold and uninviting, IMO.
No, no, no
I don't like all the dark colors. I know it is the trend right now but I don't believe it will last. I also can't stand when there is no symmetry around the fireplace. The fireplace is too modern for me. I like character and a more farmhouse or cottage or traditional look. Modern and contemporary is too cold for me. Not my favorite house. I am sure many will like it.
You are right, I feel like the black is not the prettiest color and it makes the house gets hotter, specially in a country like the US that summers are getting hotter and hotter
This is my 3rd comment and I think that any home of that size ( regardless of the builder ) should have a bedroom and en-suite that is equipped with wheelchair accessibility and maybe an elevator. Elderly parents and or relatives as well as children who may have particular needs should be considered and planned for. Our seniors and children should be revered and prioritized, not an afterthought. Nevertheless, the home is beautiful, the colors and finishes are awesome, the space is great and I like that the kitchen isn’t a part of the living room. Open concept reminds me of studio and loft apts.
Use ur brain, if u want to have those then u can request it with the builder. These are purchased to build homes
I agree. Losing my mobility already
One of the most ridiculous comments I have ever heard. Almost no home builder is going to put an elevator into a model home unless the home is a coastal home on stilts! In fact Schumacher homes has a model coastal home on stilts with an elevator which I have toured. Most families aren’t going to have extended families living with them so it makes no sense to build a model with these features as prospective buyers want to see a home that will look like what they are buying. Finally, not putting these things in a model doesn’t disrespect elderly buyers as these buyers know that the features they need aren’t going to be indicative of what most others are going to need.
