I was hunting up 20rd near Jackpot Lake a few years back with some friends. We heard what i can only describe as a scream/roar that we have NEVER heard before. Ive heard cougars scream before and this was no cat. To this day, hearing any recordings of it gives me the chills. 2 of us were combat vets and had no desire to stick around. We've spent countless hours in the woods out here and have never heard that sound. I live in Randle and would be willing to take you guys to the spot we heard it at.

Of course a Sasquatch screams! I have heard them before. I had my fair share of Sasquatch encounters. Wood knocking and doing some whoops actually does work. That Pulsar Thermal Imagery Camera works wonders! If you really encounter a Sasquatch, it’s best to conceal yourself. They got one hell smell! And if they feel something out of the ordinary and can sure hear them talk! And all i can say is Wow! It’s definitely and experience.

The whole Cowlitz River from the headwaters to the mouth is a Squatch hotspot. I had an encounter 2 1/2 years ago above Blue Creek. Three were on the south side of the river, I saw one and only heard two from that vicinity. They were throwing rocks and making popping noises as well as breaking branches and making wood knocks and such. I reeled in and got out of there after I heard something walking in the rocks behind me. I got ahold of Cliff (I can’t remember his last name but he was on that Bigfoot show on history channel with BoBo and Matt) and told him that the Squatch I locked eyes with climbed a large fir tree across the river and he didn’t believe me. He said Sasquatch doesn’t climb trees. I went back the next day and I could still hear wood knocks and popping sounds as well as a big alder tree busted in half 10’ up the trunk and lying halfway in the river.

Along with the presence of Native American legends, and wood carvings/totems of these beings. They’re real.

It always amazes me how many of you are so curious, but are so scared when they do make themselves known. Just saying , but the likelihood of them approaching a large group is almost non existent. Every encounter I have had I have been alone, or with only one other and in remote area with running water. They migrate, The ones that smell are not well. Explaining this would take up alot of space on here. They are very curious. HINT: I leave a lit flashlight laying out on a stump or tree. They won't take it. But they will pick it up and look at it. I have probably said to much.
