👉Il guacamole è una salsa di origine messicana a base di avocado, oltre all'avocado, gli ingredienti principali sono succo di lime e sale. Una golosità facilissima dalla una consistenza morbida ma allo stesso tempo granulosa, di colore verde intenso, dal sapore gustosissimo e fresco, per questo la Salsa guacamole è perfetta per accompagnare tantissime pietanze dai classici Nachos (le patatine di mais) alle tortillas, dalle piadine, ai tranci di pizza, grissini, carne e pesce! Il segreto per un Guacamole perfetto è prima di tutto, utilizzare un avocado piuttosto maturo di qualche giorno e in secondo luogo, avere pazienza di schiacciare con la forchetta o meglio con un mortaio (il “molcajete” come la ricetta originale comanda) l’avocado con il succo di lime. Aspettare quindi che diventino crema piano piano, senza frullare con con lame! A completare la salsa messicana, la cipolla tritata al coltello finissima, il pomodoro anch’esso finemente tritato, sale e pepe. Vi assicuro che in questo modo otterrete il Guacamole più buono di sempre! Equilibrato nei gusti, salato al punto giusto, incredibilmente saporito!
