    5:10 I really do think this was accidental... When Goff dropped back and acted like he had the ball it should've made all hits from behind warranted. They showed a shot from the POV of the DB and it looked like Goff had the ball the whole time...

      Still get flagged for defenseless reciever. Can't play defense anymore and people like you who make these comments clearly never played bevahse big hits are part of the mental aspect of the game that nobody thinks about. Nobody wants to catch a ball after getting lit up by a strong safety or linebacker who knows his role.

      @JKeemTV 8 місяців тому +10

      Majority of the big hits in this video were players leading with the shoulder, even had they been going to wrap up they likely still would have been flagged because many of these instances involve the offensive player lowering down, putting their helmet in the way of contact when it wasn't beforehand.

      Crazy to defend that hit. Kareem Jackson is like 5’9, Logan Thomas is 6’6. He could’ve just hit him in the midsection and possibly broken up the completion, but instead he jumped like 2 feet into the air so he could target his head specifically. Dude literally made zero contact with anything but the head or neck area.

    Saw the Waddle hit in person. All I could think is "here we go, it's another Antonio Brown." Watched him stagger off 10 minutes later with 3 people holding him up.

    if the qb is going to stand there after handing it off and pretend like he’s dropping back to throw, he should be allowed to get hit as if he was throwing.

    I think that all of these helmet to helmet contacting defenseless receivers needs a serious serious fine....not some 50k, 75k, but like 300k. Theres too much smiling after these hits from these DBs. It has to stop

    1:42 was accidental. The commentator can say all he wants that this is on the DB to pull back, he is right, but he is wrong in this case. What is he supposed to do, predict where the receiver will land? There is no way he would have known.

    I wonder if he'll ever realize that he's the one who looks pathetic in that situation.

    I sympathize with the blindside blocks. What do you want a the receiver to do? Especially when it’s a linebacker you can’t ease up on em. Also all those blocks looked clean to me. I also thought the derwin James hit was clean as well. These guys get paid the big bucks to do their job and if it’s clean it should not be a flag. Just bc it’s violent doesn’t mean a flag should be thrown. This is a contact sport Godell.

    That hit by Tony Adams on Ceedee Lamb could have left him paralyzed but the NFL leaves defenders no choice but to go low because everything else is a penalty now. The NFL should have just told everyone the truth instead of implementing all these rules that there is know way you can play this game safely

    The fact that you get ejected for a legitimate football play is an absolute injustice. We need to stop putting boomers in charge of things.
