The Liquid smoke seems to add the smoke flavors to foods, apparently it works well with the drying of fish and the likes in a indoor oven. Perhaps it will also be good for outdoors smoking foods such as in Africa as well as in addition to regular smoking methods or combined for prefer taste and textures.

I thought the cut fish is not a cat fish but a cod fish? ( dry cod fish is what the Igbo people called oporoko, so expensive in London England while the fresh cod fish is as cheap as chips) yeyenotu
