    Just here sis looking @ how you bend the fish and using of toothpick because i never knew How its been done but I buy it then in Nigeria. Oh my world thank God for YT. So will bake for 20mins then turn it. So 40mins. Really enjoyed the fish as its dry.

      LydiaIsaac Tv, here in the states the liquid smoke can be found in all the grocery stores. You can also find it online to. As if you know what I’m doing with the fish. I’ve been cooking ogbono almost everyday.
