    I usually smoked my mackerel in the oven, but I have not tried smoking tilapia and using the smoked liquid am going to try it out, thanks for sharing

    This will be good in palm nut soup, you can also blend the tilapia into fish powder for shito, my sister with this recipe you are soon going to put the African markets out of business ooo. Excellent and easy recipe; thanks for sharing.

      LydiaIsaac Tv, here in the states the liquid smoke can be found in all the grocery stores. You can also find it online to. As if you know what I’m doing with the fish. I’ve been cooking ogbono almost everyday.

    Just here sis looking @ how you bend the fish and using of toothpick because i never knew How its been done but I buy it then in Nigeria. Oh my world thank God for YT. So will bake for 20mins then turn it. So 40mins. Really enjoyed the fish as its dry.
