What a great idea! Now I can display all my pins instead of just stuffing them in a drawer. My favorite pin? Tinker Bell dressed as a witch for Halloween.

Hi Tamara: This was very easy to follow. I made one for “Teddy Bear Day” for my daughter and granddaughter that are celebrating this day next week, SEP 9. I embroidered it. Ada

Love this!! Great and easy to follow! We have many many pins from our trips to Disneyland! We are heading over again this year and will definitely collect more pins! My favourite pin is one a lovely boy gave to our son just because my son liked it and we couldn’t buy it. It was such a beautiful gesture and it meant so much to us all! Came all the way back to Australia and we always talk about this special gesture from a boy who we don’t even know his name. Absolutely precious to us! ❤️❤️❤️

Oh that’s such a sweet story! I love hearing how the kindness of others can make such a huge impact. Enjoy your Disney trip! It is such a special place to be. And happy sewing!

Thanks for this great idea! I have lots of pins from National Parks, Shakepeare Festival, and other events and just remembered I have some cute national park fabric in my stash. Always great content.

So I have a question for you - why the heck do you only do measurements in imperial? It really stinks! Why make it more difficult for your (non-US, Liberian and myanma) viewers than it has to be? It would help set you apart from your US-American counterparts (who does not consider how most of the world is metric) and give you an edge, if you did this.

That’s a fair question. But the truth is it’s how I grew up to measure things. In Canada we use both ways to measure but it depends on what we are measuring. We use metric for long distances like our road signs. But then when it comes to things like weight, or my sewing I grew up using imperial. Perhaps it’s my age or the fact we live so close to the states that some of our items show up (sewing patterns especially) using imperial. And I just don’t have the confidence to do the exchange properly enough not to mess things up for those who are following along. One day when I have more time I would like to do that. But for now I can barely find time to make new tutorials. Hope that makes some sense. And one day I will try to do both. Hope you can still enjoy 🧵 some sewing.
