I've had severe hair fall issues. I've tested many hair serums. All the in-demand ones and those ones that online influencers endorse, but nothing looks to work. The wedding is in 4 months and so I concerned a lot because the hair was not looking good. I've came through this hair regrowth serum by littleexrta reactivate and I’ve been applying it for the past month. I’ve seen positive results, My hair has been growing faster & Hairfall has reduced. Also, some white hairs have begun to turn black. I apply it regularly. It’s a must recommend serum for everyone who experiences hair fall.

I used the seeds, which is much cheaper than the powder. basically you soak it in water overnight, it swells up. you only have to use two tablespoons of seeds by the way and a cup of water and it gives amazing slip you take the leftover seeds after you drain it from the water send that to the blender and it becomes a conditioner. you can take fenugreek seeds and mix with oil, let it infuse and then you have fenugreek oil. fenugreek has a lot of uses.

Repurpose it as a tea rinse instead. You can pour it over your hair, smooth it on your strands, put a plastic cap on for 30 mins to 1 hour. Sit under a dryer for 15 mins if you want deeper penetration. Rinse. Style as usual. You can get many of the same benefits from fenugreek this way. But, there's so many other ways you can use that don't include ingesting it.

Try to see if you use 1 tsp of seeds to boiling water once a day if you get the same reaction. The other thing if you do this in a clear glass jar the seeds eventually sprout. No more than a knuckle at of water to cover say a tsp of seeds. Once they sprout you can add it to salads. Fyi it's a seasoning to cook with add it to a soup, a stew or a smoothie if soaked so the seeds break into a paste.

Glad fenugreek is working for you! So many love it and get good results. WORD OF CAUTION for any woman that wants to try fenugreek. Fenugreek is high in plant based estrogen (phytoestrogen), part of why it aides in hair growth, can help increase breastmilk production, helps with hormonal based acne and growth in other areas. But if you have any hormonal based condition that worsens with the presence of more estrogen (ex. fibroids) you may not want use this (topically or ingesting). I have fibroids and don't want to take a chance with it. I want hair growth but not at the expense of my health.

One way to avoid powder issues would be to steep it like tea in hot water then strain it in a French press. Then just add the tea to a conditioner. If you are worried about not having oil based components in the extract, you can infuse fenugreek into oil and add a portion of that as well to the conditioner.

If you find a finely ground powder, like a good quality amla and use it as a straight mask, it rinses out quite well with a regular conditioner. Just rinse out the bulk with water.

Who you telling, I just started last year and I’m twice your age 😌. Because of better learned hair techniques from our natural hair community on YT I do have long hair. But, fenugreek has been wonderful when applied to my hair (VERY SILKY SOFT) I have multiple hair textures. I’ve even noticed more hairs sprouting on my head, when I drink it. NOTICE, if someone were to drink enough, it can give someone a faint maple syrup/ celery sent. Good hygiene practices will help that.
