I’m going through Chemotherapy right now and just had to shave off my hair. I’ve been using the original fenugreek oil and the hairdresser said that my roots were so thick it was unreal. I explained what I was using and she said to keep on as the density on my roots was just amazing. I also asked the Breast Cancer nurses and they said it would be ok for me to keep using it, it was a natural product. So I’m hoping that once I finish my treatment, this will help me in my new growth journey.
Update: I’m 18 months cancer free and my hair is on my shoulders now. Not as thick as it was but time will tell...

Omg fenugreek is my absolute favorite herb for my hair! It's helped me reverse my crown breakage, fight frizz, grow my eyebrows back, reduce my shedding, and make it 10x easier to detangle my hair!
I'm actually working on a few youtube videos on how I use fenugreek as we speak as well! It was the biggest game changer for my hair journey, my hair is just barely past boob length and it's the longest and thickest and healthiest it has ever been my entire life! I really recommend everyone tries it!

Ruby King I use it in a lot of ways actually! I use an oil and a thin paste on my scalp, but I also use it as a rinse and a spray, and I also boil some fenugreek with my flax seed gel that just gives it fantastic slip and definition.
I have a few detangling recipes and deep conditioning treatments that use fenugreek. I honestly use it for everything lol

Fenugreek has definitely been a game changer for my hair! I have been using the fenugreek oil and spritz for a few months and I can honestly say I see and feel the difference in my hair. I use the spritz more than the oil as I made my oil with oils that are too heavy for my 3b/c hair so really only use it as a pre-poo or hot oil treatment. I use the spritz almost every other day. My personal experience with the spritz is that it makes my hair REALLY shiny, it leaves my hair soft, reduces frizz (yes!!) when I use it over my diy flaxseed gel and my hair seems to be growing. I received a lot of compliments on my hair when I was using the spritz consistently and not so much when I stopped. I started back about two weeks ago and I don't intend to stop any time soon. Read and watch everything you can about fenugreek and then try it for yourself. I hope your experience is as great as mine.Oh... one thing to note; if your hair is extremely protein sensitive then fenugreek seeds should be used with caution. I suffered from protein overload (silly me was using protein treatments too often followed by high protein products) and during this time my fenugreek spritz only made matters worse.

Yes Fenugreek is amazing for your hair, and entire body. Besides using it on my hair its also one of the microgreens I grow inside super quickly. They taste great, grow very rapidly and you can eat them plain. You can also incorporate them into a plethora of recipes.

Fenugreek is a game changer. I make a tea using fenugreek and rosemary leaves...AMAZING. I don't even buy conditioner anymore. I just mix powdered fenugreek in yogurt.

I was using Henna, Amla , brahmi , and hibiscus tea for about a year before I incoporated fenugreek into my routine , can I say after my first year using Aruveyda I instantly felt the difference of my hair being strengthened from the inside out . After a week of using fenugreek in my usual oil, my braid outs are so moisturized and my hair is SO SHINY! I recommend this hair care lifestyle to any curly girl, it's not for every curly but my hair loves these products ( All natural). My hair is thicker and luscious. I've been able to retain 5 inches! yes fenugreek videos please. I made one of your masks this weekend for the first time. So no clue how well its doing but i will continue to do and am hoping for great results. Also purchased the fenugreek oil from Belle Bar. (my issues....ridiculous breakage/shedding. But have been this way all my life. My hair was always waist length but cut down to a ceasar due to shoulder surgery in 2016. Had my last cut this year and now I've decide to grow my hair again). Hope these help.

I haven’t purchased fenugreek yet. BUT I did my first full strength Cassia mask and my hair LOVED IT!! I felt the strength immediately and the shedding and light breakage disappeared!!!!! Absolutely amazing!!!! Can’t wait to do my first full strength henna mask!!!!
Be careful, full strength henna mask is very ambitious and strong. Dart with adding a little henna in your conditioner. See how your hair reacts. When I first started using a straight up henna mask it broke my hair off to much protein. Beware dilution of the henna is paramount.
