You will! I said the same thing 5 years ago. Didn’t even know what GTAW stood for. Practice everyday you have the chance, and read everything there is to know about it. You’ll never stop learning and that’s the fun part. Open one textbook and reference another. It takes true passion to slam out dimes like hommie is here. Also plenty of other skilled welders in your corner. Much love 🍻 👨🏭
I used a CK worldwide water cooled flex-loc it seems to be comfortable in my hand I kind of like the shape of the handle on the weldtec tig torches but it's a little bit out of my budget....
Thanks for the tips, I have a water cooled flex head Novi on my everlast, I run only distilled water in it, I don't twist it up badly, but they never last much more than 1 year before they start leaking. Am I doing something wrong?
You dont run the coolant you are supposed to use? Its some kind of antifreeze, not sure if its Ethelyn or propylene glycol but I know you are not supposed to run plain water in them.
C an you still buy air cooled Pro Star tig torch # 9 or# 17 . I have a Prime Weld 225 ac/dc 95% of my welding is Very Light Gauage metal all way down to 24-26 gauage metal

What is your first choice for type and or color of tungsten for aluminum using a Primeweld Tig 225?

Where can you buy Pro Star air cooled Tig Torches ?
Have you ever try panasonic pencil type torch YT-15TP2?
Not that specific one. I have a few straight "pencil" style torches I use for hard to reach spots.
Will that adapter fit the Prime Weld 225ac/dc Tig Machine ? Thanks

What your setting for 3mm to 5mm..with no pedal...
That depends on your welder. preheating, and A/C balance.
