I like this type of street photography and technically these examples are quite exact and fine art worthy. However I get a feeling there are some formulas being followed, like the lonely figure at the top or bottom of long stairways/tunnel/boulevard etc. I also wonder about the perfect sun burst and figure walking through the round opening/ train window, harsh light. My goodness they are good but mostly lack a lot of human feeling.

Unfortunately, it will be the high contrast (sunlight + stark shadows) images containing human figure silhouettes that Artificial Intelligence will most easily be able to create. There are probably already many of these types of images being posted online without attribution. So it will be images showing peoples faces and facial expressions that will be the most difficult to reproduce realistically with AI. In the future, we should consider getting up close to our subjects to capture who they are if we hope to make meaningful street images as creative photographers.
To me O.S’s most compelling images are those showing facial expressions (or at least the subjects faces) to which we as viewers can relate much better to than cold distant silhouettes. He has a talent for capturing exactly that type of image when he wants to.
I like this way of st. photography very much. And apart from all his monochrome images the colour pics are particularly stunning. Alan Schaller maybe the most perfect formalist, but 'Ovid' showcases pictures more versatile, more human, more artistic and playful. Moreover I like his fondness for mirror images. @philosimot
