In this DIY Episode we remove the Grill from the 97 4Dr. Suzuki Sidekick and clean it up a bit to compliment the New Bumper Installation.
We use a High Temp Flat Black for the Grill and a High Temp Burnt Copper for the Suzuki Badge followed by a coat of High Gloss Clear to bring out the colors.
In just a few days , the chemical reaction of the paints will activate and blend into what looks like a factory replaced part.

it is 4,5 or 4 and 1/2 inches in diameter. I believe it is old well casing.... it was free so I didn't ask a lot of questions.
Do you know about how thick it was ? If I remember right you notched it out and put a winch on it. Sorry for all the questions. My brother is gna make me one and I'm not sure how thick I want it. But the one u had looked good
