@@tufftrails Last couple days weather was so awesome. I finally felt like getting out in the garage for some long overdue vehicle maintenance. Oil changes on 3 vehicles and some turbo plumbing repairs on my son's VW GTI. Next I need to get my '91 Tracker distributor oil seal replaced, been leaking for a while, had the new seals sitting there for months. It drips straight down around the trans housing onto the catalytic converter and smokes. Been procrastinating all this work due to the dang heat, so excited for cooler weather!

I had to wear a sweat shirt yesterday...forgot what that was like.

Hey Doug, I have used it in the past, mostly on Honda's and old Ford and Chevys, it works well if the conditions are right. If the cylinder walls are scratched up, or the piston has a micro crack, on even a cracked ring, it's not going to help. But old tired High Mileage engines where the rings get clogged and restrict oil passage to the cylinders...it works great. Thank you for your comment

I don’t know the history of your Tracker, other than it has high mileage, but it certainly couldn’t hurt. I have restored cylinder compression using Sea-foam on several vehicles especially Honda’s. Thank you for your comment

It was a very risky wager… I knew absolutely nothing about this engine other than the mileage. I suspected that I would find some sticking rings after sitting for so long, but I have dealt with that before. I just want folks to know that you don’t have to break the bank to build a fun off-road machine.
